I haven't had electricity since the 12th of February till date and I have tenants who are not understanding because my house and that of my neighbour(Twin houses) are the only ones without electricity. I've spent exhortation amounts of money calling their Call Center, have gone there physically twice, no one is helping, food is getting spoilt, I don't sleep because of endless calls from my tenants who have paid their thus need the basis need of electricity. Here are some of the reference numbers I got... CP3127587(This ref's sratus was just canceled without any feedback as per sms I received), CP3127444(No feedback as well) I pay taxes, I'm a good citizen yet I'm treated like a second class one. Can you guys at least provide us with the infrastructure we were promised upon the freedom of this country. Can any of the high management at City Power honestly live without electricity, even for 24 hours? It's been a week for Christ sake.
On the 28 February 2021. I requested a taxify to home, I used the card method when I got home the driver said the card didn't go through. I then called someone from the house to give money because i didn't have cash with me which was R210 and tipped the driver R10 so the total amount I gave the driver was R220.00. In the morning I see a notification that the amount of R210.00 has been debited by Bolt. I then called the driver, he straight denied that I gave him cash that night and cut the call on me. I then sent a complaint to Bolt stating my issue and explained to them that the driver denied me giving him cash. The consultant by the name of Dharam emailed me back and told me that they have contacted the driver and the driver denies that I gave him cash. So Bolt has chosen to believe their driver and I have been robbed by a company that I have been using their services since they started business in S.A. I work hard for my money I will not let anyone rob me like this and need my money back please.
The worst panel beater, worst service ever and poor quality of work. If Miway dont want to lose their client they better look for a better service provider.
