Damaged our car then blames us. Your before and after pictures will show you what happened... I can't believe this place is on my insurance's suggest and approved repairers. They said eventually they'll fix it, but now just ignores us more than a month later.

I am with Outsurance and they suggested Collision Pros for my very minor repair. Collision Pros received approval for my work 10 working days ago and for the first time today I got a call back from the workshop manager Alan after calling in 6 times to get some answers. I am now told that I need to bring the car in for further assessmnet to see if there is any further damage not seen by the assessor and if yes they call Outsurance to approve and if they need to get parts dependent on availability the whole process can be delayed. I received an email from Outsurance to confirm the repairs on the 19th February and was told that I would get a call from Collission Pros to bring my vehicle in. After 5 working days I called them to see what was happening and was told that the workshop manager Alan would call me. 5 more days and 5 more calls from me, and nothing from them, he called me to say I need to bring in my vehicle for assessment etc etc etc etc. as per above. This process could have been in action for the last 12 working days. I read many bad reviews on Hellopeter today about this company and so when he finally called I told him I had already called Outsurance to find me a more effecient and decent company to deal with. When I mentioned complaints online to Alan, he told me not to believe them because people write things on social media which is not true. Two years ago I dealt with them with my other car and had to take it back because they had not refitted the door. I suppose based on Alan this issue now is my fault for having gone back to them. Never ever again. Maybe the Managing Director Vernon Pillay should start reading all the complaints online and do something about it unless he is happy with the complaints and also feels like Alan that they are nonsense because he got a couple of good reviews. My business will now be going elsewhere.

We recently took our Volvo V40 to Collision Pros in Edenvale for a minor penalbeating and glass roof chip repair. We were referred to them by our insurer, ABSA insurance. The car was dropped off on 27/03/2023. We we advised that repairs should take 8 days but to our frustration took 45 days. We were not getting any regular feedback and Alan, the person handling our case was not returning calls. The penalbeater phoned to advise repairs is complete, the car is been cash we can collect it. The next day when we got there, were advised that the delay was due to a wrong glass ordered, return back and the correct one then ordered. We also found the glass and headlining were off. The the penalbeater advised that on checking the car he discovered that the headlining slider automation was not working. He requested 2 days to get it fixed. After 2 days when we phoned he advised that he has submitted a claim to our insurers for the broken headlining slider. On 05/05/2023(45 days since handing over the car) after more than a week with any feedback from the panel beater, we went to panel beaters and the headlining slider was still not fitted. The panel beater was now saying the reason they are not able to fit it and give our car in the same condition we gave him was because of wear and tear. We were advised that it will take half an hour for it to be fitted back. The headlining is now sagging, dirty and not in working order. The interior of the car very filthy. Volvo has quoted the part broken at R 9 995.00 and R4 000.00. We are still struggling to get ABSA insurance not pay the panel beater since and get him to pay for the repairs since they appointed him. We do not even understand how he could be in their approved panel with so many bad reviews

My Audi A4 was recently repaired by Collision Pros. They did a superb job! Their expert panel beater - Kamal - showed me around his workshop which left me feeling in no doubt that my car was being restored by professionals. In addition, their customer service in continually updating me on the progress of the repair was most reassuring.

I have never in my entire life dealt with such poor service. Between demanding cash from me BEFORE assembling my car (which Outsurance should have sorted out) to taking a month to fix my car (which I was told 7 days max) to giving my car back to me with broken windscreen wipers, a messed up radiator and the entire car being filthy dirty to "accidentally" missing the fact that my shocks were completely smashed from the accident - forcing me to fork out another R4000+ to fix them somewhere else.. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE and I am extremely disappointed with Outsurance for sending me to them.

Absolutely disgusted at the repair work done by Collision Pros Edenvale! How they are even used by insurance companies are beyond me! I was in an accident and my vehicle was sent to Collision Pros Edenvale via my insurance company. Not only did it take a month and s half for me to get my vehicle back but the condition in which it was returned sickens me! My wheel alignment is so messed up that my steering wheel is at a 45 degree angle when my wheels are straight, also my suspension is so busted that my tire is s****ing the inside of the car. When my fiance told them its unexceptable, they stated that "they cant repair it or something else will break" The repair work is not fitted properly and the car is covered in oil on the inside including my seats. Seats have not been placed back correctly and i suddenly have a dent on the inside of my door with added scratches that were never there. This level of service astounds me!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!

My father's car was involved in an accident nearly a month ago. Outsurance appointed Collision Pros to fix my father's car.

Since its been in for repairs I got no feedback from them, I had to keep calling them to ask about the repairs. Then last week they told me that the car will be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday this week. Yesterday when I called I was promised that the car would be delivered between 4-5 pm, nothing happened neither did I get a call as promised. I called them after 5pm to be told that he was sorry but he wasn't around the office all day so he promised it will be delivered this morning between 9-11am. I called Outsurance to solve the problem, they got now joy out of it. I received a call from Collision Pros' receptionist to tell me that they would call me in 10 mins, I'm still waiting 20 minutes later. I asked if the car was ready, she told me she doesnt know, and that Vernon was discussing the car with his team leader. I asked about what? if the car is ready why are they still discussing it?

I am now very very worried about in what condition will the car be in!!!! OR IF its still not finished! after reading all these complaints about Collision Pros I am extremely stressed!!!
