I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clear communication and delays in processing claims and authorising necessary medical treatment. Despite multiple follow-ups over an extended period, I have not received a proper explanation of the status of my case or what is required from my side. The process has been slow, confusing, and stressful, particularly as it relates to urgent medical care. I am still waiting for a resolution.

I read all the bad reviews and asked if I could buy the product in-store. Instead of answering, they only wanted to know where I saw the bad reviews. Their address is in a business park, so I can't verify if they're actually there. It's definitely starting to look like a ****.
