I rate them 3 because I think I have love and hate relationship with them. I was suppose to get a refund on my 3 premiums Friday on the 6 of this month, but dololo. As usual, no communication and no feedback. I really don't even understand why they debited in the first place because the car was written off. They ignore me on WhatsApp, email and their live chat. Pineapple can you kindly refund me, please don't say you will investigate. Just give me back my money, it's simple as you have been taking it in my account for 3 months
Iyhoo Pineapple is a nightmare when it comes to communication, you will email, call them and WhatsApp them but they will never give you feedback. It has been 3 weeks, and I still haven't receive any feedback, it's like I smell all of sudden because I made a claim. No one cares. They promise to be there when **** hit the fan but there are not. I saw the communication red flags when I started with them and I tried so many times to leave them and join other insurance companies, but I always failed to get hold of them, and I ended up being stuck with them. Now my car is written off and and they are giving me the runaround. I am so depressed and they don't care. What must I do? How long one must wait?
Friendly staff until you make a claim. Apparently when you claim at Pineapple they pull your credit records. Which I don't understand what is your credit history of loans got to do with them. Why mentioned it when you claim? Why not tell you this when you join them?
Worst network ever, and communication is zero. They don't care about their clients but they are the first one to debit in your account....oh no they don't make a mistake when it come to debiting. I don't remember when last did I enjoy wifi, this year is worse
Yesplay is becoming a problem, it's one problem after another. After I contacted Hellopeter, they finally paid. Now we have a new problem, their withdrawals are always on "pending" even during the week. I think their plan is to make people reverse their withdrawals so that you won't pay them. I reversed the money 3 times, but this time I am not reversing shame, they are going to pay me. Really though, pending since Thursday?
Yesplay used to be one of the best betting sites but now I'm not sure anymore. I made a 3 withdrawals on the 14 December, 1 for R500, the other for R1000 and another R1000, which makes it R2500 total. Today is the 24 December, they keep giving me excuses about having technical issues, which is a lie because I have made other withdrawals after the ones of the 14. I think they want me to give up on the money, which I will not after they chewed so much of my money. They refused to tell me a straight of when will they pay me my money, I have sent them bank statement but still they haven't pay. I just want to know when am I going to receive my money.

Marcopolo Holiday Club is a **** and should be closed, they advertise cheap vacations and take people's money, when it's for you to go they come up with all sort of stories, starting with guest certificate, you will never get it. Next they cancel you the day you are suppose to go, that time you have a spend a lot money buying clothes and food for the vacation. I had invited friends from different provinces to go with, and they canceled us on the day we were suppose go, mind we took leaves from work. When it comes to communication, they are the worst, you will call, whatsapp, facebook them and they won't respond. When they decide to respond, they are so rudeeee.
