Online payments not allocated to my account and still I am receiving messages that my account is in arrears after I paid my account on the 25th on the online platform which they offer and then I get messages 7 times a day like this "Dear MS MM HUTTON, your Identity account requires an immediate payment of R283.33 today. Ref: 10121138009084. Identity Collections Department. 0212001903" after I've sent the proof of payment since the 25th every single day and on all their platforms available. This is unacceptable and I will take this further with the onbudsman should I not receive urgent feedback.
I bought some furniture from Beares Paarl on the 8th of February 2025, it took them forever to deliver my stuff, and not even at the same time the deliveries occurred over a period of time after numerous calls and fights with them. However one product was not in stock and I was promised that they will source it from other branches. Needless to say that today 22 March I am still fighting for this, up and down between the shop, leaving messages, getting promises but no delivery, I was also promised a gift with my purchase which also never happened. I open up complaints with the Lewis group and still nothing. Whereto from here, they are very eager to deduct the monthly debit order but not so eager when it gets to service
Absolute terrible service, must be the worst service provider ever. Our wifi is always an issue the signal is terrible. You can never ever get hold of anyone at Webafrica, the WhatsApp service is horrible and you wait forever for someone to reply. We received a message to say insufficient funds for our debit order which according to ABSA is not the case and they did not even processed a debit order.
I had enough of Capitec Bank's bad services, I have opened a new bank account in less than 10 minutes today, busy changing my debit orders to my new bank account. This is now month 4 on which the banking app is offline on the 25th of the month, my salary only reflects in my bank account after 7pm on the 25th, when calling your call center I was informed by a rude employee that it is my employers fault that my salary is late, however I never use to have these problems, at out firm there is other employees also banking at Capitec with the same issues. You guys want to provide a service to the whole of South Africa and then you can't take the heat.
