I ordered online for pizza at Dawn Park Debonair at 15h03, but even now at 1636, I didn't receive my order, the worse is that when I call them to track my order, the call gets cuts, so I can't even talk to anybody about order
I never seen so much kindness, if you buy for more than R100.00 you can get a glass of cold-drink while waiting. They are very quick and very helpful as well.
Nedbank has done it again, by debiting more than the payment arrangement I have with them, I was told in July 2020 that the arrangement I have made will last until October 202, it`s now only September, but they have debit more than the arrangement, when I first call them I put throw collection department, the that lady just went silence even the line was very silence, but I could see someone is still on line, because the time was still running. Now I had to drop and call again, this time the guy didn`t even give me any explanation, The only thing he said was they were going to refund me the extra money that was debited.
Nedbank double debts my account without letting me any reason, when I spend almost 30 minutes on the phone holding for them, I found out that my account was restructured, which that was the first time I heard it, I only applied for two months(May & June 2020) payment holiday, but only June was given to me, now this month(July) they(Nedbank) double debts my account on two different days(20th & 25th), so I called to find out, but no answers, only to be told that my account was restructured, now I need to wait for almost 5 days for refund, now my rent is waiting for them(Nedbank)
My contract phone has been deactivated the whole day(08 June 2020), as if I didn't pay my installment, MTN has a debit order arrangement with me(22nd of each month) and I don't owe them anything, because they did debit last month(22 May 2020), now my still off and the worst is that I can't even get through their call center, I tried with different phones, but no luck. It rings for at least 30 minutes and then they say I'm in the wrong department, then they transfer me to the contact department, but then it rings once and then it will say not available.
X5 debit orders went off my account this month(April 2020). This started by February 2020 when they double debit ordered my account and I called them and they said I must make a new payment arrangements and the escalated to March 2020 and I also called them, they couldn't say the problem, but was promised for refund in 48 hours, but nothing happened in five working days, I called my bank and did reversal myself. Now this month(April 2020), they debit x5 times and when I called now, they say they will refund me in 48 hours, but they won't refund me all extra amount only about 60%, I'm really not happy, because we had an arrangement amount. WHY CAN'T THEY STICK TO THAT.
I'm on price lock premium package, I'm used to paying R1108.00 per month for two exploras and insurances for them since last year November 2018, but multichoice has been charging me extra from last month I was changed R1276.64, I called them several times and I was told someone will call me back between 24 and 48 hours, but no one has called since today(19/10/2019) and now got a sms that says your next installment is R1147.97. They are still changing me extra and no one coming back with answers. I need to know what PRICE LOCK mean
