At the Cape Town office, I was helped and all conditions were clearly explained to me.
This nonsense of a company with their agency keeps lying to people and getting people in to contract with wrong information. After I have realized that I was misrepresented with facts I then requested cancellation. They have been stalling and saying matter been taken care off. Nothing has been finilised to date. They keep taking money from my account for service I am not gettting. The router has been with them for past 2 months and half.
I have lodged a claim with discovery after it was declined by primary care. My claim was uploaded on the app. After one week, i realized no claim history was apprearing on the app. I made a call and was advised to send the claim via email. The email was sent on the 27th of April. Ref no 7827306352 was provided, till to date my claim has not been resolved. They call centre are giving a run around. Whenever I get hold of one i am told same **** all over, you are at the wrong department, will forward to the correct one. Same thing all over. My time gets wasted. This claim was done back January for COVID test.
Ai I am really tired with FNB, I have closed my credit card last year after It took them almost a year to close It. It is a new year, they come up with stories that I owe them. Nonsense
FNB credit card division About a year and few months ago I have called fnb credit card division with intention to settle and close the account. Till today they still debiting me for what reasons I don’t know.. fnb such a rip off.
