EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH FONEYAM SERVICE
I have never ever came accross such a useless service providers like Foneyam, I have missed the payment and then weeked I made eft payment into their bank account. I called them to say I have made payment and sent proof of payment to [email protected] but up until today my phone is still locked. Today I called their customer service and they demand that I send my bank statement, yet they are sitting proof of payment. I don't understand what is so difficult in checking their bank statement if pay is there and then update my account. I regret chosing the as a service provider and I will not send my bank statement until they do their work. Their customer service is extremely poor and pathetic.
