I just wanted to let ppl know that this was the worst experience of a lifetime applying for credit I am not upset that it was rejected I honestly think it's a blessing from above as this is honestly the worst service ever! Unprofessional, back to front you but I am sure ppl that had the experience will agree so I am not even going to tell my situation as the ppl that did apply would know.

Why am i not getting my R350 refund almost a month of waiting is the financial dept being spiteful or are they just *********** AND Useless? waiting for Authorization from the financial dept who is head of the financial dept? I did an online purchase on the 7th July 2023 Dried Meal worms R350 On the 17th it shows the order is cancelled due to no stock but on the 16th I had received a reply with a ref number Till today I did not receive my refund of R350 ?

Sunday afternoon in cycad clicks polokwane shocked doesn't describe what we experienced. The highly educated pharmacist telling a client to pack the stock back where she found it after an argument about something? How can you tell a client to go and pack back the stock where u found it is beyond shocking my fiance even tried to ask the highly educated young none white pharmacist how can you treat a customer like that? The highly educated none white pharmacist got arrogant and told my fiance TO KEEP QUITE YOU ARE UNEDUCATED AND DON'T KNOW HOW THINGS WORK HERE!! I am shocked he is arrogant and this is the type of person that clicks appoints to work and represent clicks pharmacies very disappointing and troublesome.<br> He refuse<br> ed to give his name but the so called supervisor was called by the pharmacist that assisted us so she.is well aware of what happened and also the rest of yhe pharmacists on duty! No one wanted to give his name but he was the 2nd last from the counter to the left im sure someone can assist! This is unacceptable behavior from someone thats supposed to assist clients! He shouldn't be allowed to work with ppl and is compromising the clicks with this sort of behavior
