Brian Roberts the owner will under quote you prices on products and lie about the products which he doesnt actually have. From trucks going missing to any thing else he can think of. Then you will spend weeks on end trying to recover your funds from him with daily new lies and stories.From waiting on payments,to having only cash he will be depositing to selling his Car and daily advising your will receive your funds no later than 9 am the following day.which never happens.everyday a new lie and promise youll be refunded.
We recently pruchased a vehicle ford kiga 2014 model from we buy cars richmond. Their sales person advised the only faults on the vehicle was it needed new tires and a service. Rushed throught the oaperwork never taking us through the dekra report or poimting out any possible concerns. After the service of the vehicle Ford advised us there is a turbo related issue. We buy car advised we needed to get a repair quote. We got a quote and proceeded to have the turbo booster valve replaced as this was the problem. We buy cars rejected our claim for this repair. A month later the vehicle started to pop out of reverse gear and now doesnt find reverse at all. Again logged a ticket requested that the vehicle be refunded, or replaced now that we know how they operate we would be able to get a vehicle without these faults. Again we buy cars just responded with decline to the claim. Not once has we buy cars bothered to resolve the issue and their staff just dont communicate with you at all. They straight up take a few days and respond decline. In my opinion this is by far the worst car dealership ever they blatantly misslead you rush you through the signing process and leave you with a lemon. Beyound disapointing from a comoany whom claim transparency end ethical practice...in my opinion they plain laying bull****ters.
So here i am back again round two of this angoing battle with wesbank, after further investigation and receiving a summons from wesbank post my last complaint it has become painfully clear that wesbank does not care about clients at all. So here goes and i urge all wesbank client to insist on their statement as i found i very interesting patern applied by wesbank whereby they kept my account in arrears and inflated the arrears amount ongoing even after 4 times of settling the amounts they inflated in the past where 3 times i was in credit inspite of the installments being paid, so subsequently i went on debt review, turns aout they continued to inflatr the arrears even then. About 2 years ago i lost my job and missed 4 months worth of payments totaling a little over R5200 while on debt review, after renegotiating with wesbank they advised if i go back onto debt review and i dont miss any further payment they will stop action and no interest would be levied onto the capital agreed amount. I agreed and for more than 18months have kept to this agreement. Now bear in mind the agreed amount and payment was given to me by wesbank, my debt counselor submitted this exact proposal, noe suddenly after accepting my payments which reflect on the statement for more than 18 months wesbank suddenly come forward stating they reject the proposal? I know, how can they firstly give the proposal then reject it right? Gets better though during this past 18 months wesbank continues to inflated the arrears amount plus added legal fees now wanting me to pay R35k... Its ironic as the law very clearly states if they do not accept an arrangement then must reject payment... Otherwise legally if they accept they agree to the arrangement right, not according to wesbank whom obviously don't care much for the law nor their client whom actually pay their salaries. So if someone keeps your account in arrears to levie interest does this not constitute fraud? And don't think because they reply on here with sorry for your experience a complaint resolution specialist will be in contact will help either they have no influence or power to correct anything. But as if stands all attempts to resolve the matter with wesbank have failed so i will now move forward with legal action as well as formal complaints to the NCR amd Ombudsman, hopefully they will open a formal inquiry amd hold wesbank responsible for their actions? As the sherif of the court said when surviving the summons, get a lawyer because this seems dodgy due to the fact he had 7 other summons of the se nature to serve on the same day... Perhaps my opion should be the law firm working with wesbank is paying kickbacks? But once my legal team is done with this case i will send an update on here for other parties experiencing the same treatment.
I Have been harassed by wesbank over and over by LINCOLN HOFSTA. who by mean of threats, intimidation and now legal action have been trying to reposes my car claiming i missed 13 installments??? Im under debt review and he sent a statement showing their acceptance of my payments monthly yet now i need to incur legal fee's to fight his arrogance as he is obviously not educated to be in the position he has at wesbank, if anyone has his manager or a legitimate contact at wesbank please let me know as i want to formally lay a complaint.
