Lack of Product knowledge
This has got to be one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The call centre agents don’t seem to have proper product knowledge, especially when it comes to handling more complicated queries. Instead of getting clear assistance, I was left frustrated and without proper answers. Definitely very disappointing0 replies
