This has got to be one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The call centre agents don’t seem to have proper product knowledge, especially when it comes to handling more complicated queries. Instead of getting clear assistance, I was left frustrated and without proper answers. Definitely very disappointing
I recently had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. My delivery driver refused to deliver my food, claiming my location was unsafe, and demanded I meet him at a nearby garage. Despite providing screenshots of our conversation, Uber Eats support only sent generic replies and insisted I reimburse the restaurant, ignoring the fact that their driver failed to deliver my order. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and support from Uber Eats. I will think twice before using their service again.
