Look out for these people, they will sell you a dream until you pay them the money. Once u pay that the few. They will play you like a ball. Till this take o can't on to Thier emails. They refusing to refund me. Biyt they doing nothing to help my business.
i was in an accident in FEBRUARY, and mfc innovation wanted to go for the easy way out and write off my car. they gave me a high way, of take it or leave it option. so i decided to fix my car myself , i have been busy fixing the car since. AND covid happen and worked on shifts at work. luckily MFC gave me payment break, last month i missed my instalment as its still hard recovering from being paid for days worked. DIMAKATSO CALLED ME AND ADVISED I CAN ASK FOR RESTRUCTURE I SAID THAT WILL BE PERFECT AS I NEED TO STILL FINISH FIXING MY CAR , CAN SHE HELP ME OUT WITH 2 MONTHS RESTRUCTURE, SHE COME BACK SAYING MANAGEMENT DECLINED ME. AND MUST COVER MY ARREARS, AFTER MFC INNOVATION LIED AND INCONVINIVED ME WITH THIER COVER , I STILL HAVE TO COVER ARREARS WHICH I REALLY CANT AT THE MOMENT. CAN YOU ASSIST INTO LOOKING AT THIS MATTER REGARDS
I was involved in an accident in February 2020 , my insurer decided that my car was a write off , whiles I had 2 different quotes saying my car was fixable. I was given a take it or leave it option. its either i let them take my car or I KEEP IT AND FIX IT MY SELF. I decided to fix it my self and asked for them to refund me my towing fees and some1 from their call centre told me , he was calling Johan (the guy who towed my car) and told me everything was cool. but that matter as well seems to be going on and on and on. every time I Ask the progress of the case i get : KINDLY BE ADVISED THAT AS SOON AS JOJAN HAS FINALIZED AND REVIEW PROCESS HE WILL REVENT, for over a month Johan is still listening to one call to revert back to me? this is really frustrating as im trying to finish off fixing my car WHAT IS IT THAT MAKING THIS PROCEDURE SO LONG?????
After all the bad experience I have received from Nedbank, having my car cover with them and them telling me that i had to cancel my claim if I want to keep my car, and how they clapped me with a take it or leave it option regarding my car. I just want to thank MFC for their help. big UPS to Dimakatso in legal, for being so helpful and considerate towards me.
HELLO I have been trying to get hold of kgomotso for almost 2 weeks now, with no luck. I need help with how to proceed with my complaint as the insurer did not meet me half way. they wrote my car off , whiles 2 panel beaters said my car was fixable and way I was given a chose to cancel my claim by innovation group if I wanted to keep my car and they will not meet me half way. as my initial enquiry was about how I was misled by the call centre that my towing was covered and shouldn't worry they refusing to meet me half way with my initial claim when I call I am told Kgomotso will get back to me via email, with couple of emails to him still no answer please help as am left desperate as I need to sort all the expenses of my car coz the insurance doesn't want to meet me half way
I NEED SOME CLEARITY ON MY CLAIM , I MADE AGAINSTS A BUDGET INSURANCE . ITS HIS WORD AGAINST MY WORD. I CALLED IN THE CALL CENTRE AND I WAS TOLD I CAN GET A WITNESS TO PROVE MY CASE, NO ONE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE PERSON SHOULD BE SOMEONE OUT MY CAR, NEVER THE LESS I GOT SOME1 WHO WAS INSIDE MY CAR TO GIVE A STATEMENT. THEY REJECTED THE STATEMENT, WHILE STHEY SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THAT I NEED SOMEONE OF MY CAR. I CALLED IN AGAIN TO ASK IF THEY REQUESTED AN ACCIDENT REPORT I WAS TOLD NO , THEY GOIMG ON WHAT THE CUSTOMER TOLD THEM, I TOLD THEM THE DRIVER WAS DRUNK AND ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE DURING THE ACCIDENT, AND WAS TOLD ITS NOT GONNA HEL MY CASE THAT HE WAS DRUNK , MY CASE IS HOW SURE IS HE THAT THE ROBBOT WAS AMBER FOR HIM? WHILES HE WAS WAY ABOVE THE LIMIT? AS FAR AS IM CONCERT : CAR ACCIDENT LIABILITY AND COMMON LAW IS 1. NEGLIGENCE 2. RECKLESSNESS 3. MISCOUNDUCT YOUR CLIENT WAS DRIVING OTHER THE INFLUNCE AND IM TOLD NO PROVE WILL MAKE MY CLAIM TO BE APPROVED , DO U GUYS CONDUCT RECKLESSNESS ?/ YOUR CLARITY WILL BE REALLY APPRECIATED
I had a total loss cover with innovation group. was involved in an accident and they rejected the claim as I missed payments whiles I was on maternity leave, the funny part is on the 2nd of Feb 2020 they received my premium and activated my policy and the 25th Feb 2020, they also got the premium. when I went on maternity leave I was on a payment break and was never informed that my policy is not active anymore. no communication at all. but they managed to collect my premiums. I have asked for my refund and still no feedback at all , there was a call I made just after the accident and a lady told me that the guy who took my car is authorized and even called him but I had to pay R12000. TO GET MY CAR FROM FIRST HELP. A Nedbank manager called Nicolas Govender refused to provide me with that call as he said its banks property , I should subpoena the bank if I insist of having the call. what is the purpose of saying ALL OUR CALLS ARE RECOREDED SHOULD YOU NEED A COPY OF THIS CALL IT WITH BE PROVIDED TO YOU, BUT WHEN ASKING FOR THE THAT YOU GET ATTITUDE FROM THE MANAGER. A GOT A REJECTION LETTER FROM INNVOVATION WHILE THEY TOOK PREMIUMS FROM ME AND NO ONE IS COMING BACK TO ME MY REFUND.
