DO NOT USE ROTOTANK YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!! Please refrain from using Rototank their service is really bad. They don get back to you as they promise. They send you from pillar to post when there is a problem and NO ONE will sort it out NOT even Valin Reddy whom is the Reginal so called manager. And this after we paid THOUSAND of rands to them for our order. I then requested to speak to someone higher and no one is willing to give me any contact information for Terry Stanley or Spike Lemmer. Our issue has been going on for weeks now.

PLEASE DO NOT USE ONE PLAN!!!! YOU WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT PAY WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO......STAY AWAY FROM THEM I WANT TO WARN YOU ALL. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THEM 1 YEAR ALREADY JUST TO PAY THE HOSPITAL WITH OUR DREADED DISEASE COVER AND THEY WILL NOT DO IT. MY WIFE HAS BRAIN CANCER AND I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR NONSENSE.
