My clients had a very bad experience both service and the state of the accommodation. below is what they experienced: 1. Upon Arrival only one room was ready. 2. They set me(David) up in another room, however it was extremely small, the bedding was dirty and it had a shared bathroom. 3. The next day when i got the room that was booked for me it stank of smoke, the towel had suspect stains on it (brown and ******) and a dirty blanket. 4. Both of our toilets had to be manually flushed (open the back of the toilet and reset the lever so it would fill with water). 5. On Tuesday leaving for work we were given the contact details of one of the employees to call when we needed to be let in and out of the property.(The only way to enter the property). 6. Both rooms were set up with a kettle, 2 mugs and some sugar however there was no coffee or s****s and when we asked for two bowls and two s****s we were given quickly rinsed bowls and ONE tea s**** to share between us for 2 coffees and 2 bowls of cereal. 7. Both rooms windows had no burglar guards and the closing and securing of them was not suitable
