Excellent service by Lihlumelo
I recently received great service from Lihlumelo Sonamazi (hope i spelt that correctly) after i my parcel wasnt delivered. She assisted me with the process and was very friendly and understanding even though i was frustrated. You guys need more employees like her.

DSTV connection lies
Since early March 2019 no resident at Frederick House in Marshalltown Johannesburg has had access to DSTV because Framework Properties refuses to fix the DSTV connection problem. They keep giving ridiculous excuses and it’s been almost 6 months without tv... I will report this to the housing ombudsman. I have had enough of this nonsense
