Haval Cape Gate

Horrible service

4 months ago my vehicle was in for a service and the person at Haval said they had to order break discs from Joburg, which they said would take 3-5 days to deliver. I phoned them a couple of times and every time they say they will let me know. Well yes, I haven't received a single phone call from them yet and still waiting for the break discs 4 months later. This is by far the worse experience I have received from any car dealer.

Makro dishwasher - don't buy from them

I bought a dishwasher and purchased an additional extended warranty from Makro. The dishwasher started to give problems 2 months ago and I contacted them to get the dishwasher repaired with my warranty. In the last 2 months they had to collect and fix the dishwasher 5 times and every time it comes back with the same issue. Every time I need to go into the Makro branch and fill in forms to report the problem, because the branch doesn't answer their phones. The last time they even sent back the dishwasher and told me that I lied and that there is nothing wrong with the dishwasher. I am really fed up with this now and even in this Covid period, every time I need to let the guys collecting the dishwasher into my house which I am not very comfortable with.

Don't buy an extended warranty with Makro!!

I purchased a dishwasher from Makro Cape Gate. They sold me an extended warranty promising that when the dishwasher breaks, they will immediately repair it. My dishwasher broke and I phoned Makro's customer service 5 times to log a repair. Everytime I phone back, they know nothing about my repair. After 3 weeks, I went to Makro Cape Gate and completed a repair log form and had to go back twice to the store to find out what's happening. Then, I tried to phone the store 7 times, being placed on hold for literally 10 minutes each time, and eventually after more than a month, they finally collected my dishwasher. My dishwasher is now apparently with a company called Panaservice for 3 weeks! When I spoke to Makro, they said I must phone Panaservice, who told me that they are still awaiting approval from Makro to repair my dishwasher. How do you wait 3 weeks for approval? Nevermind that, why does it take more than 2 months in total just to get my dishwasher fixed!!!
