Receiving the most pathetic reasoning from you guys, how do you have a customer help line that can't communicate with the accounts department. How is it that emails are the only line of communication with them? Most people generally hold on emails! It was a system error from your end that caused my withdrawal to be delayed I did wait the mandatory 24 hours to see if it will come through or be reversed to my account and nothing, and then I'm being told a follow up would be made on it to which it's at 32 hours now. If the customer care team can't communicate with us then what about the supervisors? They also can't tell us much except to wait.... If it was money we had to give you guys surely you would I'd jump and escalate the situation but with getting money due it's a struggle, this is overly ridiculous to be completely honest.
I had a withdrawal rejected yesterday stating the bank was offline which was fair enough. But I was informed that the money was supposed to be back on the site if it bounced... I am now just shy of 24 hours which they've stated I should wait and I can't wait any longer because these funds are for an emergency. Every member of the customer support told me different stories. One said that it should've kicked in after it was rejected but couldn't because of an error then there were others who said I should wait 24 hours for it to reflect again. You guys are putting my life on a hold here because I have to wait for these funds before I can do anything. Would honestly like to speak to someone from management as the support staff aren't of much help to anyone. This hasn't been the first time.

I made two transactions via the vcs payment portal on 30/10/21 both of which havent loaded. ive called on multiple occasions with people giving me the run around saying pdf files from my online banking profile should be sent. The transaction still sits as pending even though my account was deducted but never credited. As such I was informed by one of your support staff that once vcs was back online my account would be automatically. And ive still not received nothing the deposits team fail to understand that the transaction sill stay as pending on my end until it clears. I've emailed bank stated pdfs showing the transactions made from my account and also stated what appears on my hollywood account even though the deduction was made to no avail. the support staff fail to use basic common sense whereas my hollywood account can clear show the deposits that went through. is there no way for you guys to check from your side as i cant provide no other information and as it stands ive spent more money on the airtime to call you guys about the actual amount i need to be credited
totally ridiculous service firstly they employ a ridiculous company like rtt logistics which is complete unprofessional.my order was processed on Friday on when I called the courier company in question they told me it would be out for delivery on Monday. so on Tuesday morning I called and had been notified its been delivered to me although I have not received any such parcel. i've had to take time off work to get hold off the parcel which was delivered to the wrong premises upon opening said parcel. I found it to be damaged as the charging pin corroded. Online shop has been called and notifed as well as multiple emails sent without much help. all I have been told was to take it to the nearest totalsports store which has been done yet... I was said to wait till Monday to check if it can be refunded as their manager wasn't in. the employee who helped me at total sports ficksburg helped as much as he possible could which was greatly appreciated... but to no avail as this seems to be like last of the stock as nothing is online. so the probability of me getting a refund for the item seems very unlikely as call center staff cant provide much help as well as online support.
