after completing the easy sell mandate i get an email to say its be reviewed. 2 weeks later, no response from EASY SELL OR GORDEN. they just ignore my emails!!! i tried to call easy sell the phone just goes dead after they answer !!!
I'm writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Standard Bank's handling of my situation. As someone who is medically boarded and currently not earning an income, I expected some level of understanding and support from my bank. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. I had put my property on EasySell with Standard Bank, and after a month, I was advised to continue selling privately. I had a potential buyer and was working with Wasiem Samuels, who told me to submit any offers I received to EasySell. However, when I asked EasySell to check how much I would net on a certain offer, they refused to assist, stating that my property was no longer with EasySell. To make matters worse, I received an SMS stating that I was now with legal foreclosure. This is despite me keeping the bank informed of my situation and providing all necessary medical documentation. It's unacceptable that Standard Bank would hand me over to legal while I'm struggling to make ends meet and trying to sell my property. I believe Standard Bank's actions are heartless and lack empathy. I'm calling on Hellopeter to help me get the support I need and to hold Standard Bank accountable for their actions. Update: I've tried contacting Wasiem Samuels multiple times, but he's never available, and I've received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help others avoid the same struggles I've faced with Standard Bank ¹. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY DO YOU HAND ME OVER WHILE IM SELLING AND MENTIONED THAT I AM MEDICALLY BOARDED, NOT EARNING AN INCOME AND UNABLE TO PAY ? btw. I have an account with Easybet and on the 10th October i had a balance of R120.10. on the 21st October when i woke up i had a sms showing that the money was withdrawn in the form of a 1 voucher. Icontacted easybet support and they contacted 1voucher. 1voucher revealed that the 1voucher was redeemed on hollywood bets at the time that they withdrew the voucher. Easy bet asked me to contact Hollywood. Hollywood asked me to open a case and they will share the details with the SAP officials. I open the case and the SAP official said that hollywood needs to open a section 205(two zero five). when i contact hollywood with the case number they telling me thatthey cannot share the details due to privacy which i totally understand but opening the Section 2 0 5 to catch the *****ster is what need to be done and they refusing . Since its so hard to get anyone to try and catch a *****ster just know that withdrawing vouchers is the best way to not get caught. so to all the *****sters out their just know that hollywood has your back. YOU ARE FREE TO COMMIT F R A U D! YOU WILL NEVER GET CAUGHT !! Your details are super safe with them. To the *****ster who withdrew my balance, i really hope you won on Hollywoodbets! I do believe that it is an inside job on Easy bet because, absolutely no one has my password and employees of easybet are not allowed to have an easybet account so they would obviously redeem on another platform

The voucher was redeemed on Hollywoodbets, and when I tried to report the incident, I hit a brick wall. Hollywoodbets' response was appalling. They refused to open a Section 205, which is necessary for the SAPS to investigate, citing "privacy" concerns. Newsflash: privacy shouldn't trump justice! They're essentially giving *****sters a free pass to commit crimes, and I'm not surprised. The lack of cooperation from Hollywoodbets suggests they're either complicit or ***********. Either way, it's unacceptable. I've been told to contact them with a case number, only to be met with excuses and no action. To all potential *****sters out there, Hollywoodbets is your haven. You can commit ***** with impunity, knowing they'll protect your "privacy" and won't lift a finger to help catch you. As for the ***** who stole my balance, I hope you won big on Hollywoodbets. But know this: I'm not letting this go, and I'll do everything to spread the word about this ****. Easybet's support team was helpful, but ultimately, they're not the ones with the problem - it's Hollywoodbets. If you value your money and sanity, stay away from Hollywoodbets. They're a haven for *****sters, and you'll be just another victim. UPDATE: I've been trying to get justice, but Hollywoodbets remains uncooperative. If anyone has any advice or knows someone who can help, please reach out.

After posting this review: A few months ago Jonathan Allison assisted me with a payment holiday on my account. I have sent him an email over a month ago and also one now to which I receive absolutely no response anymore. Can Jonathan please respond to my queries? this was handed over to Gorden Bila. He said he attempted to call me 3 times and is closing my complaint. I have several emails sent to him which he politely ignores and now sends me this. This is very unprofessional. I have proof of all my emails and when I missed 1 call i asked him to call beack to which he further ignores me. For days I have been sitting with my phone waiting for him to call.!!!! Please allocate this complaint to someone more competent and responsible!
