Excellent service!

I want to send a Massive shout out and the Biggest Thank you to the team at Cape Removals. Their friendly, professional, early and splendid collection and delivery and facilitation of our move, Was quite honestly the best I have ever experienced. Our furniture was well looked after, loaded and unloaded. They arrived a full hour before scheduled and the driver communicated to let me know where they are and when to expect them and collect and drop off.

I want to give a shout out to Robbie from Kleen Bin in Paarl. He kept me updated on my Bin clean and went out of his way to accommodate me. Bin was so clean and Lemon smelling fresh and sanitized. Fantastic job and fantastic service. I highly recommend them

Superbalist Rocsks!

This place is amazing, everything in one easy online shop, what I love the most, is their easy exchange and refund policy, I don't like trying clothes on in stores, but prefer to try it at home with that top or that shoe I already own, Easier to buy online with them as they cater for my whole Picky family. Kids can add their wants to my wishlist and then I know what I need to add to cart :) Love Superbalist.

Collection Agency - quick to demand money - Fail to reply to query

I was contacted last week via email by this company stating that I owe their client money. I have sent them countless emails back, tried to call. No answer, but they sent me a final collection warning. I have sent back 4 emails challenging and disagreeing with them. Their client never notified me of any owed accounts and its been 20 years!!

Very Happy Affinity Client

I just want to thank each and every person I spoke to in the last two weeks at Affinity Health during my Emergency Authorisation, right through to my claiming and refund calls. Each and every individual I spoke too (I called alot! SO there are too many to mention) I just want to commend you all for your friendly, efficient and re-assuring assistance you each gave me. I received my refund today, and I am just so blessed that the agent I spoke too went out of her way to assist me to expedite this claim. Each and every one of you deserves 5 stars each!

I had a claim query and was assisted by Kaylin Reddy, who assured me that they were already on it and that the majority of the claim would be paid, It made my stress levels way less knowing that such competence and friendly assistance still exists especially in this troubling times.
