BMW has to be one of the most unprofessional, selfish and disappointing establishments one has to deal with. My dad took his car to be fixed at BMW in Emalahleni paid everything he was quoted for in full . He was called to collect the car 2 weeks ago only to discover that the car still has problems. My disappointment comes from the fact that my dad is a cancer patient he’s taking his chemotherapy we stay in Witbank/Emalahleni and his oncologist is in Pretoria. He has to travel with taxis each and eveytime he goes for his chemotherapy while his car is at the garage and fully paid off. I tried reporting this to the head office but still I am not get any justice I was told my dad’s car is an old model and is out of the motor plan I do not know how that is relevant or helpful to what’s going on. They cannot even offer my dad a courtesy car to atleast travel with when he has to go for his chemotherapy. Hellopeter help me expose this unprofessional and brutal treatment my dad is getting from BMW! My dad needs his car this is a man that needs frequently visit a Dr not for flu but for cancer he’s a stage 4 cancer for crying out loud!!!!!!
Their service is very poor, I ordered a dress on the 21st and i paid for an overnight delivery, till this day i haven't received my dress. I have called the store and i was told my delivery was given to the wrong courier i will receive it on Monday the 1st of September 2025, and until now i have not received any delivery. What is the whole point of paying for an overnight when you can not even get as promised this is more than 2 weeks and it is unacceptable. I have been more than patient but i am honestly starting to lose my patience!!!!! You guys are just in Pretoria not overseas even Shein is delivers quicker that this !! I can not be waiting for a dress for more than 2 weeks when i have paid for an overnight delivery this is unacceptable.
Debt Busters has to be renamed to Debt addition honestly. I got a call from them a week ago offering me a financial break through only to find out they adding on to my problems. They sent me application forms to fill in which I did however I want to cancel this before April because that is when I am suppose to start but these people do not want me to cancel. I have been requesting a cancelation form since last week. They keep sending a Debi check for approval even after I told them I want to cancel. I was even told I will have to pay for the first month my question is why???? when only I was suppose to join next month and I am cancelling the month before. They do not want me to cancel, why are guys forcing me to join when I made it clear that I want to cancel? I called for assistance last week and I was told the person that is suppose to assist me is off sick. I called him on Friday he told me going forward I have to speak to his manger as I want to cancel he actually promised that the manager will call or send me document and nothing has been sent to me. I called today and I was told the guy is not in he will start with the late shift. Debt busters CAN I HAVE MY CANCELATION FORM? Why is this taking forever to cancel when it took me 10 minutes to join but weeks to cancel????? if anyone gets a call from these people run and block them!!!!
Hello Peter I had the WORST experience at Steve's Place in Witbank. I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. My sisters and I booked there this past weekend on Friday the 5th of May 2023. Firstly we booked for a chalet but we were given an apartment, you have to use stairs to get to the apartment, stairs to the bedroom and stairs to use the toilet, You literally lose your sleep while climbing those stairs at night to use the toilet. I thought this was a weekend for me and my sisters to to de-stress and relax but to my surprise were actually working out my thighs are painful as I am typing this and that is caused the climbing of the stairs the whole weekend when all I wanted to do was rest. The next dat on the 6th of May 2023 we woke up to no electricity from 10:00am until 17:15, imagine going on a vacation and you spend the WHOLE DAY without bathing literally DIRTY the WHOLE DAY. They had no back generator, none whatsoever. our phone batteries died, we couldn't even take nice picture for memories or even make calls. when I asked the receptionist called Cathy ; she told us there was nothing they could do this is NOT them but Eskom. To top it off on 7th May 2023, we woke up at 08:00am and to our surprise again there was electricity when we called the receptionist Cathy trying to to ask her what was the way forward because there was no electricity and we are suppose to check out at 10:00am and we will not be able to check out without bathing what time will the electricity be back she rep**** and said to us she told us yesterday that she is not Eskom, she does not know what time the electricity will be back. what kind of pathetic service is this ?? I am VERY disappointed and I honestly wouldn't advise anyone to go there. it is a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I am still in disbelief and shock at the nonsensical service that we endured this weekend as if we were begging to sleep there while we paid!!
This McDonalds has to be LITTERALLY THE WORST McDonalds I've ever been to IN MY LIFE. The cashiers/consultants do have customer service, I do not even think they are taken for customer training. The drive thru is always packed and slow I've never taken less than 30 minutes to get my meal. when you get to the window to make payment there's no one when the person comes she/he doesn't greet they'll just take your money or card without saying word, then give you your receipt without saying anything. Can the manager train those people to greet and atleast thank customers when rendering a service, they honestly make us feel like we are bothering them or disturbing them. They not welcoming and friendly towards customers.
Mr Price highveld has a very rude and very unprofessional store manager. I went to the store with my sister who was heavily pregnant it was just after the president unlocked level 4 for pregnant ladies, so my little sister had to get stuff for herself for the hospital i.e ( gown, morning shoes and pyjamas) as she was only left with a week until the arrival of the baby. when we got there the queue was very long and i decided to go to the store manger and asked her politely if pregnant woman stand in those lines to get inside the shop she then responded to me rudely saying " yes they do there's nothing with them" My sister stood in that queue until she couldn't take no more, she decided to go wait in the car and i buy her the stuff cause she felt dizzy and tired. When i finally got inside the shop i video called my sister asking her which gown she'd want or love, one of the staff said to me i hope you fold that gown the same way you found it while i was on the video call with my sister showing her the gown i had on my hand. I feel the staff is bravely rude because they know that even if you report them the manager will not do anything as she is as rude as them. i was very shocked i left the shop immediately and went the Edgars.
