I ordered hair from Exclusive on the 7th of April 2026, I received the order on the 20th April 26 (which was wrong not the hair I ordered) I paid extra R220 to send the hair back to them. Only last week on the 5th May I was provided with the tracking number for the parcel until today there is no progress on that parcel it has been in their premises. I have been sending messages enquiring and they are not replying. I no longer want the hair can they just refund my money I mean they are a big brand for ****ming people.
I applied for a loan on the 8th April 2019 and sent all the required documents up to this date have not got response from finchoice whether the application was approved or declined. I have phoned their call centre more than 10 times getting incorrect information from their consultants all that I hear is that my application is on their verification department. They phoned me only on the 24th to say they are going to do employment confirmation today is the 27th still have not got the money. What disgusts me most is the fact that they have been pestering me with sms's, calls and emails offering me a loan since last year and when i decide to take their loan I get this kind of service. Finchoice is not a reliable financial institution why must a person wait for a month to get a loan. I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
