I got brand new stove from Zero Appliances on the 08/12/2023, the oven does not work , i have been calling , whatsapping and emailing them trying to sort my problem , the person dealing with the whatsapp advise they will get back to us last week already still no assistance has been received,
I had resolving Facility with FNB for month trying to close it with no success , Finally managed to get hold someone over the phone , then the employee of FNB encourage me to put complain in with Helo Peter the ombisman and also fnb complain which i now shall do , FNB also charged me for monthly services fee which i have to pay for because their app are not working, now i had to pay for getting horrible services
Had a driver showing up at my house with a delivery he tooted the like a person possesses, asked him why he is tooting so badly and he immediately had a personality fail, he then told me my proof of residence is not good for him and he will not accept it , tried calling the ram offices to report the problem and the phone was dropped in my ear will never use ram again for sure rude people dealing with clients
