Medshield, be careful i joined them the 1 March 2026. My son got sick the 3rd of March and just hasnt gotten better. From sore throught to Swollen tonsils and 5 sets of abtibotics and cortizone for a month, even as we speak hasnt eaten in 10days. We ended up at pediatrician that then send to an ENT specialist that confirmed we have to do an tonsilectimy and andeloids need to be removed. Week 2 of struggling to get an authirisation. Last week they said they had all the paperwork PMA form and motivation letters then on thursday last week had to fisically go into their offices in port elizabeth just to hear only then they have the correct docs. My son is deteriating and urgently need this operation as he isnt eating and bringing his iron levels down and struggling to eat. Yet there is no urgency even the referal letter says its an emergency. Very dissapointed and before 1 march 2026 been a long term client for many years. (Had bit of financial dip so had to leave previously) but definately cancelling my membership due to this bad service soon!!
I have been a customer with vox since dec 2024. Iam now moving and they have told me i cant move the line or pay a moving fee, i would have to CANCEL the contract and order a new one. Then within minutes someone called ordered the line via phone send the quote and i excepted. ONLY AFTER i excepted i get another email that iam being charged R850 cancellation fee. The funny part is iam remaining a customer and same package yet they still charging me an cancellation fee!! Then i cancelled yesterday the new package due to the unauthorised charge. Yet they still went today after my cancellation email was send they processed the new order!! this is rediculous!
They are a ****. You enquire in begining how it works. Neber disclose to you all the information. Then when you want to withdraw then they say you have to put in double what you did. Nice way to get more money out of people. Be careful!! Now my money is lost!! Also email came from [email protected]
Payorop is suppose to service its customers but doing exactly the opposite. Ive been a client of theirs for about a year. I sold my business to another party which is also a payprop account holder. They decided to just transfer all data to their account instead of taking over mine. We have given payprop notice on the 6th april to cancel the services after handover was done, however they blocked my account. They forced payment of more than R3000 to unlock account which we paid in FULL. Just after that payment they locked me a day afterwards saying another R1100 odd rands needs to be paid before unlocking my account after i HAVE made the balance they asked which i have on mail. Only to receive a 24hr unbloc**** PATHETIC cause now all my tenants are upset as they are charged by new company and the existing. Really you have recieved your money requested now unblpck my account and invoice me an ending statement. This is NOT how you conduct business!!! I will be reporting you to the consumers act aswell as estate agency affairs board!!
