Pathetic customer service, no response
I have been trying to contact their head office multiple times with no avail. They are declining me due to low credit score with is highly impossible and I have been sending countless emails since October 2025 for them to appeal my apparent low credit score checks, I currently have a 620 credit score which is more than average. Great service and great company for car accessories
I was looking for accessories for my vehicle and Shans Accessories came up. I loved the individualised service and the quality of products are great. When I booked my car car in, it was the only vehicle being worked on and the guys placed different items on the car and I picked what I liked and made my car look unique.
