I had a very bad experience at Oasis kwaggafontein (kwaggafontein Mall) The manager there was rude, she was disrespectful, she was shouting at me from her back office, she didn't even to see me or come to the front to talk to me. She even told me I can go to Shoprite if I want... I left there in disbelief of how a manager behave in such a manner.

I had a very disappointing experience with Oasis Water. The customer service is extremely poor and responses take a very long time. When you finally do get a reply, the staff often speak to you like your an idiot. They are very quick to take their payment every month, but when you decide to cancel because of the bad service, the problems start. Even after cancelling, my debit order still went through, and then I was told they would need to “decide” whether the money would be refunded. That is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. There are many other water suppliers out there who value their customers and provide much better service. Be careful before signing up and make sure you read everything clearly. I regret choosing Oasis Water and would advise others to look at alternative suppliers instead. ⚠️

I have been trying to contact their head office multiple times with no avail. They are declining me due to low credit score with is highly impossible and I have been sending countless emails since October 2025 for them to appeal my apparent low credit score checks, I currently have a 620 credit score which is more than average. Pathetic customer service

Terrible service, no client acknowledgement, One of the worst franchises in Erasmia centurion. Rude disrespectful staff with a stinking attitude. Im paying its not a free service. franchise giving the company a pathetic name. Respect in client retention should be Paramount.

Last week Sunday 28th December 2025 my wife went into Oasis Tembisa Mall at around 12:45 on Sunday while I looked for parking nearby... I met her at the door to help her with the 25L container... she was not happy with the service and attitude of the staff... Today Sunday 5th January 2026,I experienced the same around the same time... the lady told me to fill up my container because she is closed. 12:45, she was cashing up... I was filling up a 5L so it was quick... as I walked out... a customer wanted to come in and was refused entry because 'it was closed'. The closing time on Sundays is 13h00 but when you arrive at 12:45 the door is closed, if you manage to get in...you will serve yourself. I had to greet twice...me coming in was clearly a problem... long story short... if you arrive before closing time... you'll receive bad customer service, laced with a stinking attitude... because they want to cash up and close.
