The slowest service I’ve received in my life. Got there at 10 on Saturday to do wheel balance, rotate and alignment. Only left after 12. More than two hours later!!! And they weren’t even that busy, half of the people are just standing around. If this was Speedy in Toti I would have been done in half n hour! Won’t come back here again
We enjoyed a 1 night stay at Canelands Beach Club (19 August 2021). This was for a birthday celebration and the staff really made everything very special. The rooms was specially made up and our dinner was made special too. The spa treatment was excellent. The restaurant's food is very tasty and exceptionally well presented. Most spectacular sea views from our room. Definitely a recommended destination in Ballito/Salt Rock. #WIN
We have had a terrible experience with this business and owner! We have been waiting months for our order (as have many others) and the owner threatens that if anyone asks again where their order is, that she would push it back even further. This is baby clothes and by the time the order arrives the babies will be wearing a bigger size already. Promises are made to give the customers bigger sizes (due to the long waiting times) or refunds, but that does not happen! The business also just recently said that not everyone will be getting a refund. Absolutely unacceptable! Stay very far away!
Kulula released a statement saying you can change your flights for no additional costs or cancel your flight for a full refund in the form of credits. I've been phoning to cancel my tickets (booked for the 19th of March) since Saturday the 14th. I've tried to cancel online and online it says that 'online cancellations are not permitted' and to please phone the same number that does not work. When trying to now rather change my flights, they want to charge me a full fare. I have got type 1 diabetes and my wife is pregnant. Kulula now forces us to either fly or lose our money. In the midst of a global pandemic, this is lying and taking advantage.

In the hopes that management will want some feedback on the recent 'upgrade' that took place at the Amanzimtoti Virgin Active, here is my input: In short, the circuit machines have now been thrown together with the weights in the weight area and there is absolutely no more space to have any type of decent gym session. The massive old circuit area is now a huge 'stretch' area with vast open spaces. I don't understand the logic behind this. Basically 3/4 of the gym members are now all shoved in together in the smallest section of the gym. Please tell me this is just temporary. If not I will certainly move to the local Muscle and fitness along with many other members I have spoken too. No one is happy with this 'upgrade', which is not an upgrade in any sense of the word.
I found a vehicle that I wanted to buy but was told by the salesman that you are only allowed to buy cash or finance through webuycars. I wanted to finance through Investec (whom webuycars do not deal with) due to much better rates, terms&conditions etc, but was not allowed to do that. They were not able to tell me what the difference is in me paying them the cash or Investec simply paying them. I was told by the salesman and also helpdesk that he does not make the rules, which I understand and can't fault him on. Perhaps someone that made the rules can contact me and tell me why they are happy to turn away a customer.
