RDT Plumbing

Horrible Customer service.
They done half a job. When I asked the tenant two weeks later if they finished I was told no they didn’t. Not once did they contact me to ask when can they come back. After I contacted them they apologized for the oversight. They quoted me for repairs. I accepted the quote. They broke some piece in the sink. Demanded that the tenants must pay for it. This is after I paid them for the job. Just be wary of them. They love to overcharge you. Not sure why the insurance is sticking with this company.

Ebucks is becoming a sad shame.
I’m not sure what is happening with EBucks. But clearly they are losing the plot. It use to be a stand out program but now it’s a shame. Sad to see how the rip-off factor kicks in. It’s impossible to get to level 5 if you don’t buy forex products. I don’t need 2 life policies. I think they need to look at the Sanlam reality Programme and learn how to run a loyalty program. Simply, You are going to loose more customers. With the current changes there is only one loser it’s your loyal customers.

Poor customer service
Waiting now almost a month for FNB to fix my wrongly allocated ebucks, when I enquire they always blame some other department, transfer you and nothing happens. I’m not sure if this is now the modus operandi at FNB.

Again I warn you…. They won’t pay your third party claim.
Their client with no license bump into my car. I’ve been struggling for more than a month now and they just don’t come back to me. First they asked for cctv footage, then I told them those this is South Africa, then they said provide a witness statement, I got the statement and it’s 3 days now and counting…

OUTsurance

Unfortunate Outsurance is busy losing it.
According to the police affidavit the client admitted he drove into my car. On the scene he apologized and indicated his insurance will sort it out. Today his insurance called to say they will not honor the 3rd part claim and asked my son in law why don’t we claim from our own insurance. These are the legal division of Outsurance. How do you drive into someone with your fender, and yet they say we bumped into their client. I hate kruks and now I’m canceling my own policies with them, as early as tomorrow. The sad part is that the client of Outsurance produced an expired drivers license of 2021. I’m still waiting on them to call me.

Two different stories
Following from the incident where FNB didn’t sent out a plumber, I had to get my own plumber. Now for the resultant damages they want an excess payment. They didn’t pay for the plumber and they want to suck you dry with an excess payment. So glad I left them. The consultant who helped at first told me there won’t be an excess. Now suddenly there is an excess.. in the meantime I paid them on time and have been a good customer, it is them they messed up by not sending out a plumber.

FNB insure once again.
This is my experience :: Last night, I called FNB insure to say there is a leak in the roof it was one of the geyser pipes or it could be the geyser. The lady say she will get a service provide. This morning 8am I called again. The guy from Fnb says I don’t have a policy with them after I gave him my reference number of last night. Ok after convincing him he agrees. By 9am I haven’t heard from Fnb insure or the service provider. Luckily I am a member of bidvest club McCarthy. I called them and in 5 min the service provider called that they on their way. They fixed the pipe in no time. It is now 12 pm FNB has not even bother to call again. Therefore I think they should stick to banking they are just ridiculous and horrible. I won’t even ask them to fix my ceiling because they will come up with a 100 stories not to fix it. They will not get a cent from me when the next installment is due on the 15th. I hope those who read this learn the lesson.

FNB insurance - stay away…..
I decided to try FNB insure, All went well because I’m paying and not claiming. I changed the battery of my garage door. And the motor stopped working. FNB, says it’s wear and tear. I contest if I didn’t change the battery of my garage door it would still be working today. But this is the thing with insurance companies like these by default ….. rips of their clients… in my policy document it is written in bold my security electronics are covered. Time to move on look for a better insurance company…..

First claim rejected-after seven year with Mi way.
I just spoke to someone who told me about her experience with mi-way. This is her story. Seven years with my way no claim. First claim rejected. It’s not mi-way fault they just happen to be in bed with a horrible partner on their motor warranty claim Motorite. Me as a customer of mi-way will also now be moving my policy somewhere else. It is a valid claim but miway is just as ******* as motorite since they are luring their customers to take out this policy.
