I purchased an item and then had no response from the seller for almost 10 days. I was frustrated and irritated. I lodged a complaint via the app and was to thrilled by the service I received. They contacted the seller, my item was shipped within 12 hours, and 2 follow up courtesy messages to check if I'm happy and if they can do more! So lovely when customer service actually provides a service! Thank you.
So disappointing. Just awful. I had concerns about a course I enrolled for. I email and no one replies. I called... wanting to visit... they said that they have no premises... then they do have premises but I can't visit because of covid. Don't understand - kids are going for swimming lessons???? When I said that I'm unhappy, and that it's not the correct course that I need, they refuse to refund me. And again, don't even have the decency to respond. STAY AWAY!
I spent my savings and I finally collected an unfinished dress and had to take it to someone else to have the mistakes repaired.
