Qaasim at GoSolr provides excellent support and is really willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues. He is patient and courteous and was determined to help during after hours shifts when we experienced settings issues on our inverter .
MTN South Africa is shockingly unethical and inefficient . I cancelled a contract in July last year and agreed to the two month cancellation fee being deducted immediately . However MTN continued billing me until Feb 2022. The original contract then expired so they didn’t bill me for one month but have now commenced billing again and in March deducted for TWO months for a bigger data amount than the original contract . Two other contracts which are quite new and should still be running were not billed. One of them is not getting data and the other is. I am thousands of rands out of pocket and wonder how much MTN’s revenue is overstated by the seemingly deliberate practice of refusing to stop billing on canceled contracts . I have escalated multiple times and so has the branch I deal with
An incredibly shocking and disappointing service and delivery experience . We’ve been trying for 5 months ( Oct 2018 to Match 2019) to get a small parcel delivered to KZN . First we were told my aunt needed an import permit . That was obtained but still no delivery . Then we were told it was held in a state warehouse . Then we were told it was released from the warehouse but they couldn’t find my aunt and uncles address ( which UPS have delivered to numerous times) . Now we are told the parcel can’t be located . Phones are impossible to get through to . It’s a shambles. Do not under any circumstances use UPS
