BE AWARE this is a scam. I ordered Fitflops from this website - when I tried to pay it didn’t want to accept my virtual card, it had a PayPal option which I then used. I got the PayPal invoice confirmation (this was Saturday) and didn’t get confirmation email from the seller (thinking that it is Saturday maybe Monday). I went onto their site the Monday- my login details aren’t recognized and me resetting it does not produce a prompt email to reset the password. I went to their contact us area and you can only do a web query. I checked my email from PayPal and the invoice disappeared. So I logged a reimbur*****t claim with PayPal - 5 to 7 days. Let’s hope this gets sorted!!!! Don’t be fooled
The most pathetic customer service EVER!!! I bought a product which got delivered Saturday 23rd Oct. The product isn’t what I order (two different colors rather than the same color). I did a return request on Saturday and my husband tried to return the parcel on Monday at a Takealot office - which they didn’t want to accept without a Reference number. I logged another return request on Monday and logged a general query on Wednesday. I have been in e,ail conversations with one of their staff member’s requesting that some assist with a reference number. This is now Friday (one week later) and I logged another return request without any success and now received an email from this Takealot staff telling me that I need pot complete a permission for a 3rd party to get information. WHERE IS A 3rd PARTY INVOLVE? You TAKEALOT are the party that need to provide me with a reference number spica. Return and ask for a replacement product. USELESS!!!!
Order online Awnings 8/12 with delivery set for 23/12. I phoned their customer service number at 12:00. They advised me that I will receive a call an hour before delivery. At 16:00 I phoned again. Took my details for Strubensvalley to phone me back. Got a SMS 48 hrs turnaround!!!! Phoned another number was told sorry not delivering today but tomorrow and will reimburse me my R65 delivery fee. Wasted my whole day!!!! (2days before Xmas - as if I had nothing else to do than sit at home). They advised will deliver first thing tomorrow (let’s see how they deliver on that promise).
very frustrating- no indication when they will deliver. Was out getting ready for lockdown, they were then going to deliver next day which was Thursday. I phoned the @ 8 in the morning to confirm delivery - they were suppose to phone me back - I phone at 12 and again at 2:30 they noted it will be delivered by 17:00. I check the website 16:45 which showed that they tried to deliver and failed. I WAS IN MY HOUSE THE WHOLE TIME! I phoned them whereby they promised that they will deliver between 6 - 8. Still waiting and it is 8 the next morning!!!! I spoke to my neighbor whole confirms that no one came to my house!!!! pathetic the driver obviously couldn’t be bothered. Now I am worried what will happen to my package!
Was working till this morning but buffering a lot. Got home this afternoon and nothing no picture just buffering. Tried phoning the contact details - and checked the internet - seems business is no longer on the internet! If so we are lucky we only have two months left on our paid tv.
I have been receiving threatening sms’and phone calls regarding a SABC account # ********** 96. I have advised this collection company now since last year that I AM NOT THE PERSON they are looking for. This year I have contacted them through WhatsApp, asking them to remove my contact details from this account. Everyrime they assure me that I am removed and then a few days later I am getting more sms’s. This is harassment!!
