Avoid at all costs!
Do not order anything from this company especially if it is not a stock item. I have been waiting over 7 months for an order and received nothing. I constantly chase them and they never call me back. I have sent numerous emails to the owner who has never responded. I requested a refund and I was refused and now they are ghosting me. I may have to go there physically as I don't know what else to do.

Makro Online - do not waste your time!!
Foolishly I made another Makro online purchase, delivery took over 3 weeks for standard stock items. When finally delivered, stock was short and I had to go buy the short stock from one of their stores. I still haven't received my over R3000 refund another 10 days later. Absolutely useless!!! Do not buy anything on Makro online!!!

Avoid Makro Online or you may never get your order!
Makro online is totally useless. They do not respond to emails, they do not answer the phone. I placed an order for R20 000 and I have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery but nothing has arrived, no one has contacted me and there is no means to get any feedback. They do not even have a customer complaints department. Do not use this service as you are bound to be disappointed.
