Their computer payment systems for cards were down so I paid by EFT. I am still waiting for verification of my payment of duties. I am still getting notifications of non payment. When will they answer my numerous emails and messages. When will they put my account right with Temu.
With our recent storms in Howick it is with pleasure I can say that Dotsure Insurance met all our needs in our terrifying experience.
Less than 1 star in fact. Paid R600 for electricity early this morning and still not received my token. Their call centre is not functioning. Are they still in business. Have I lost my money.
Very friendly helpful staff. A pleasure in the way they assist and advise people.
