I placed an order at Onedealaday. The agent name is Odad U. For the amount of R1649.96. On 23/03/202 The website is not responding to my emails nor the agent on WhatsApp about my order.
Your service is bad and you don’t deserve clients. We can’t phone you because we hold on and then the line goes dead. After a trying a few times out airtime is depleted. I asked you to make my payment date 26th and ever since I regret having Dstv, which I am heavily inclined to cancel. I figured if I can miss a few vital episodes of my favorite show due to blocking my account because my payment does not reflect on 26/4/19. I paid on 26 th but they blocked my service on 27th. How about giving yourself time to see wether it reflects within 3 days, that is how long the bank takes to pay over. When I changed my date changed from 25th to 26th because this is my new salary date my problems started even though I paid extra for the change of date. They still request me to pay before 26th. I called and they said it would not be a problem but my account is blocked my channels cancelled because my payment is not reflecting on their aacount. I tried whole day on 27th to called but wait for next consultant until the cut the call. If the don’t operate on public holidays it should be made clear. Their service is pathetic and I want a refund of all charges made to my account since 26th April. I received an sms saying I must pay R548 I paid R550. Then when I checked reason for cancellation they say R598 due then I paid extra R50 27th. But no dstv. I have never failed to pay but if they give dit rotten service then it’s time to cancel. Atleast give 7 days grace for payment to people who want s this rotten service
The people calling from the debt collecting department YDE should have a better attitude when calling their clients on the home number because we are non-customers answering the call and they are rude to us and put the phone off in our ears. No code of ethics
