Pathetic
I brought mum to this hospital today the 9 March 2020 and we are waiting from 6:30am just to get her file ,it is now 9:20am and the file still hasn't arrived as we stand in this line ,I went to the public relations officers office and there is no one there, I have been there 5 times and still no one is there to assist. I called the hospital to speak to management and the person that answered transferred the call but it rings continuously and someone picked up and cut the call.i called back again and no one answers ,is the place a joke ? Speaking to the workers here ,teh yuh have damn care attitude. There is a person that has just passed out and fell on the floor and there was no one to assist ,this totally unethical and unprofessional. This place seems to be a joke really. Absolutely pathetic being a hospital.

Incompetent and useless
My drivers license had expired on the 14 August 2019, i went to the offices to renew it which was such a disaster. I sat in the line to do my eye test and finger prints for 2 hours. Did the eye test and was advised to go to the counter and pay a fee to renew, when at the counter, i was advised to go back to do my finger prints. I had to sit in another line lie an hour and a half again and then go to sit in the line again for another half an hour. That was done. so i went back to the office on the 8 September as they said that it would take 4 to 6 weeks, only to go there and find out that the digital photo that was taken out was not received in Pretoria , like what the hell, a digital photo and normal photos were taken out on the day and they did not receive it. How is that even possible ? So i had to go follow the line again for another 2 hours, I go back to the office to submit and the staff refused to help me , i stood there like 15 mins and was ignored. i videoed the staff and they still didn't bother to assist me. So a gentle saw me standing there and he assisted me to submit the documents and was told to wait another 4 weeks. I went back on the 4 November 2019 , only to be told that it was posted on the 28 of October and will be in maybe by the 12 November 2019. I was given a number to call their office to check if the license had arrived. I tried calling almost for a week and no one answers the call. What kind of service and company are they running at that place.
