I am very disappointed with the service received at Toys r us little falls in Roodepoort. I wanted to buy car seat then I was told by lady working there that there are 6 in stock on system but there are too many boxes she will fall if she keeps looking so we must buy what is on display. This is sooo disappointing. I have had to result to buying online which is absurd
I ordered online, it has been about 15 days and I still have not recorded my order. When I try to call they don’t answer the phone, no one is responding to my emails either! CAN I URGENTLY GET ASSISTANCE!!!!!
Planet fitness is such a disappointment, the admin is shocking! I app**** for gym in November last year and paid for vitality activation and also informed them that my debit order should go through 1st week of every month. Not only are they debiting on the 25th which we did not agree they also did not activate my vitality. I was assisted by Mzi first and now I am being assisted by Natasha but nothing is actually happening
To say I am disappointed with a service would be an understatement! I moved from my vitality to my husbands vitality and then planet fitness debited more than the vitality premium. I went to the branch in Ruimsig to complain still no help, they said I must repay activation fee and start my contract from scratch which did not make sense to me because there was never a time I was not on vitality. Now they keep debiting and I have been to the branch like 5 times now, I do not understand this level of incompetence
I ordered headboard online, when o open the box it looked like a second hand, it was Mouldy and smelly, the stands were soooooo dirty. Can I please have my money back
Groenewald is collecting monies on behalf of fnb. My account was devoted two weeks before the time agreed upon, this was unfortunately not in the hands of the person handling my account( I have never had a problem with him). Can this system please be fixed. Now I can’t even get my money back because it has not reflected. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMMUNICATE.
I have been been canceling my gym membership and they keep debiting my account this is really uncalled for the worst gym in the country really soooooooooo disorganized don’t join
I bought couches on a Saturday morning then I was told that they are going to be sent on the same day, but they are still not delivered this is really unacceptable. The least that could have been done was for some communication as to when I will receive my goods and reasons for delay. I am very unhappy with this service . Same day when I was there, there were customers that were complaining about the delivery and customer service but I still took a chance for the betterment of the economy but this is really unacceptable. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !!!
The worst experience ever. I was threaten by one of the standard bank representatives that my car was going to be taken if I don’t pay an arrears (this was after I was given incorrect date to start repaying after restructure and over and above that my installment was increased by 1200 without my knowledge ) this was the first time I was called by a standard bank rep mind you. So I repay what I owed. The following month I’m called and told that I’m in arrears of 1200 so I request for a statement because this was now going out of hand, the statement was not sent. So I called the first rep who threatened to take my car to find out what was happening, she was soooooo rude and told me that it’s out of her hands I must handle it with the operator( I let her know that I will take matter to hello peter she continues to be rude ( I have sms evidence) ) so I followed up and turns out that an insurance was taken out on my behalf, I had to go though so many channels to cancel this and was told that my account will be rectified, I’ve since asked for a statement till today I still have not received one, what a horrible experience. The worst experience was the rep that was fighting me via sms.
