I HAD A FAULTY RAID CAN AND SENT IT OFF TO FACTORY FOR TESTING AND NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME. I GET NO EMAIL RESPONSE FORM ANYONE IN SC JOHNSON. THIS IS VERY DISGUSTING. NO PHONE NUMBERS ON THE INTERNET. EMAILS BOUNCE BACK. THEY BLOCK POPLE.
FNB blocked my revolving loan without informing me and now i am having difficulty getting it unblocked. Went into FNB bank and the consultant said it will take 24 hours to clear. That did not happen. Went again to the bank 2 days later and they still could not clear the issue. Now it's 4 days and no response from FNB. They have no right to stop me withdrawing money without informing me first!! I am very very disappointed in their service.
My car was hit from behind where i was parked in a parking zone. The driver of the other vehicle was from United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. He had a rented car from Europcar and could not speak much English. Europcar said that the driver is responsable for the first R15000.00 damage and i chould claim from him. When i tried to call he did not answer and i had to get my insurance to fix the damage so i could use my car. Auto & General is my insurance broker and they said i must pay in the excess and have the car repaired and they will claim from Europcar. i paid and after many many phone calls to my insurance i am still waiting for them to pay me my excess and that is now six months later. They cannot give me answers and are dragging their feet to pay me out on an accident i did not cause. I ALSO LOST MY NO CLAIMS BONUS!!!!! I am now thinking of going to a lawyer or auto ombudsman to take matters further.
Samsung do not carry all the parts for their appliances. I have a two year old Samsung 55" curved TV which has a picture problem and has just gone out of guarantee and they don't have the part to repair it. How can such a big company not carry stock for a TV that cost R 35 000.00 two years ago?? We are very disappointed and feel that we as the consumer have been lied to and are not told that there are limited spare parts for their TV's. UNACCEPTABLE!
