Piatto middelburg! Dissipointed! Made a booking for valentines day. When we arrived we had to sit and wait for a table because our reserved table was not reserved for us! Manager told us that they had the time for a half an hour earlier thats why we need to wait. Why did we make a booking to come and wait because there is still someone sitting at our table!! Unacceptable
My husband was in a accident on the 17th of october. On the 28 of august our tracking devices was installed in our 2 vehicles. At the time of the accident i did not get a impact alert or even a notification that the battery was disconnected. I have been struggeling to get feedback from netstar since the 18th of october 2019 on why i did not receive any alerts at the time of the accident. When i phone they say i need to email. When i email i get a automated response saying feedback will be provided in 2 days. They say i need to pay a cancellation fee of R2300. I do not want to cancel the tracking i need a new device installed to the new vehicle. I am still paying for the vehicle that was writen off. Netstar says: Please be advised that I confirmed that an sms was not sent due to impact not being harsh, therefore the unit could not pick it up. Accident not harsh?the vehicle was written of my husband hit a cow. He could have been dead. And they say its not harsh? Must someone be dead for the to say a accident is harsh? I will not pay for a device that was not working. It was a newly installed devices why am i liable for settlement?
On 21/01/2019 a persone bumped into our hilux while we were waiting to turn into our street. The vehicle was fixed. Thursday 17/10/2019 my husband was involve in a car accident with our huyndai i20, he hit a cow on his way home from work. We bought the car 3 months ago. We submitted the claim and now we need to pay 5% access because its the second accident in 12 months and 10% because its a 1 vehicle accident. We had the access waiver since we started with the insurance for 6 years. On a new car the access is almost R40 000? What i cant realy understand is why do we get penalised if the hilux claim was due to 3rd party. And how can one get a penalty if its a 1 vehicle accident , what happens if your tire burst and your vehicle rolls over still its a one vehicle accident.
On the 1st of december my account was debited almos R700 more than my subscribed contract. When I phoned MTN they told me that I was subscribed for self service which I didn't even do. They advised there was a problem on MTN's site and they will credit my account. I advised that I dont want the account credited I want my money refunded. After 3 attemps still nothing in my account. Everytime its another story. Phone again today was put on hold for 20 min then the line was cutt off. Phoned again then I was told due to the weekend and the public holiday they still have till the 20th to sort the account. No one can give me feedback on when my money will be paid back coz their waiting for the banking department? The problem wasn't on my side!yet i need to wait for my money!!
