Purchased a course in December 24 and went in this week to start it. The course had been removed. I contacted Udemy who sent an explanation as to why the course had been removed and immediately refunded me the payment. Outstanding service!!!! Thanks Jack at support.
After an initial problem not hearing from them and worrying that I had been ****med, I am delighted to say that my order was processed really quickly and Corne was fabulous in helping me when one of the charms I had ordered was not available. Thank you so much!!!!
I registered to buy baking equipment and had an issue with the online registration not happening. Out of the blue I got a call from a lovely gentleman who offered to assist me in setting up my account and even expedited my order which I received a couple of days later. OUTSTANDING service and goods that I ordered at a great price exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again for my online shopping.

Outstanding service from this wonderful company. Kiyaam went out of his way to ensure that all the items that I ordered for my Grandson's birthday arrived way ahead of time even though they were at numerous different stores. They will definitely be my go-to bookshop in the future. Packages were so beautifully wrapped and presented too. Wonderful service! Thank you!
Although it took a long time to resolve a dispute, Leroy Merlin finally came through and refunded my mother the full amount for the cupboard. Thank you very much, it is very appreciated.
We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have had an absolutely wonderful experience every single time. From the welcoming staff to the food to the beautiful rooms with the most incredible views, we have loved every second of our stays and look forward to returning again and again. Thank you.
We bought a deal through Hyperli for a two night stay at the lagoon beach hotel. Despite saying that we would have a room with a partial sea/mountain view or a courtyard view, we were shunted to a room at the very back of the hotel where the balcony overlooked the main road and railway line. I'm guessing this is because it was a "budget" booking. We live in the area and were just looking to treat ourselves to a little stay away from a busy home where we could relax for a couple of days - not to sit on a balcony looking over the dingy road and railway line. No effort was made to change the room and we checked out. No apology given and on reporting it to Hyperli ... no response from either the hotel or Hyperli. We left immediately and checked into the fabulous Blaauwberg Beach Hotel up the road ... had a fabulous view from our room at a cheaper rate too. I def won't be buying any of the 'specials' again ... nor frequent the Lagoon Beach Hotel.

Sadly the Lockdown didn't allow delivery of my order from he SweepSouth shop. Their service was excellent. All emails were attended to promptly and a refund was immediately done as I chose not to wait for delivery. Many thanks. I will definitely support them in the future. #SupportLocal
