Damaged my car and poor workmanship

They damaged my car, agreed to repair it and said that they could see it was them, then when they realised the extent of the damage, they changed their story and said I had damaged the car myself, even changed the inspection sheet as the damage was not recorded on there the first time I reported the damage to them. DO NOT USE THEM! if you have to use them ensure you get a copy of the inspection sheet as well as take your own photo's. Also, inspect your car properly when getting it back
