EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP
Palace Panel and Paint did an incredible job with my car. Cameron Christian, won me over by his humble yet professional demeanor. From the first call to the last interaction, was an absolute pleasure. Their workmanship and attention to detail in excellent. Their customer care is above all the other panel companies I have experienced. Palace Panel and paint is thee best repair place for your vehicle.

AMAZING REPAIRS DONE TO MY ACCIDENT DAMAGED VW
My VW TSI was recently repaired by Palace Panel and Paint and I can honestly say that the work that was done and the service we received was absolutely amazing. They did everything possible to repair my car to its original state. I can honestly say they did even better it's like I just picked up my vehicle from the showroom. Thank you to all the staff members at PALACE PANEL AND PAINT

Panel beating at the highest level
I have a 2023 Hyundai Grand I10 1.0 motion silver hatchback, the service that Palace paint and panel has done for my vehicle has been extraordinary, I have sent my vehicle three times to them and the staff ensured that my vehicle was booked in timely, I was notified of the quotation and the reception had updated me on the different stages of the repair. I was contacted about the stages of repairs through SMS, Email and also on mobile calls. I was treated with respect and excellent communication skills. The three paints jobs is excellent, I can't tell difference, it's like when I bought it new, the interior was also cleaned excellently. Thank you to the staff of palace paint and panel, your service is worth the money.

Quality repair and service from Palace Panel & Paint Mt Edgecombe
Had almost entire vehicle repainted after being vandalized. Excellent paint work with 3 year warranty. During 2 weeks in paint shop I was regularly updated with progress. Also follow up 2 days after getting vehicle back.

Damaged my car and poor workmanship
They damaged my car, agreed to repair it and said that they could see it was them, then when they realised the extent of the damage, they changed their story and said I had damaged the car myself, even changed the inspection sheet as the damage was not recorded on there the first time I reported the damage to them. DO NOT USE THEM! if you have to use them ensure you get a copy of the inspection sheet as well as take your own photo's. Also, inspect your car properly when getting it back
