They give the option to upgrade your account (for a monthly payment) or buy a domain for a once off fee but what they don't tell you is that you wont be able to connect the domain to your site unless you upgrade your account - so you end up paying for the domain and then the monthly fee just to be able to use the domain.
I regularly order from this company and it is a struggle to get my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. After numerous phone calls (10+ a day on average) for an update they tell you that the driver is just around the corner, he will be there just now and then he just never shows and when you phone the next day to ask where your order is, they are surprised to here it was never delivered. They then agree that is unacceptable but yet with the next order, exactly the same happens. I strongly urge you to not order from them unless you are okay with not knowing when your order will be delivered and then weeks for delivery.
On the 12th of Nov we emailed Rock T’s to place an order for T-shirt’s, we emailed to make sure we will receive the shirts in time for a show we are attending. We received a reply saying we need to order online and that we will receive the shirts the following week. So we placed the orders made payment and sent the proof of payment on the 13th of Nov. After not receiving the shirts the following week as promised we followed up on the 21st of Nov, tried emailing and phoning but got no reply or answer. Eventually we got a reply when we emailed from another email address but the reply from Cheryl was rude and extremely unprofessional. Even though they didn’t keep their promise, we were never rude but when we asked about delivery Cheryl immediately started making excuses and telling us that she told us that we should have rather ordered from Takealot (which she never did) then later telling me it’s more expensive there. To be honest I would much rather pay double on takealot and not get such a terrible attitude and receive my goods on time and get replies when asked for an update. I would completely understand her attitude if we were rude but just asking for an update on an order that is late is definitely not rude. We eventually received the shirts today, a week later than promised.
