Advice: DO NOT SUPPORT I waited since April 2025 as I like to keep companies open as 1 bad review can break the company’s image, however, it seems as if this company does not care as I have been begging for my refund. Warning: Do not pay for delivery as they will never deliver and the sizes do not match the specs. I ordered the wood and delivery never happened, I wanted to work on this on the easter weekend and they asked me to arrange with a private person who they suggested as that individual would deliver before them. I asked them to make the arrangements as I didn’t know the individual. I had to pay the private person and I’m still waiting for my delivery refund. The initial delivery was ridiculous and they reduced it, however, it didn’t seem as if they had capacity to deliver in any case. The payment was made on 10 April 2025, confirmation provided that they received the payment was on 14 April, 17 April they assisted to get a private person to deliver, I immediately raised that the 38x114 was 6M instead of 6.6M. Since then I’ve been pulling my hair out to get a refund, compare the invoice to the pictures of the items delivered.

They not ownest what ever you buy from there is mistake and they take your money and only promise. Since 2023 they say they will pay my money which they take with **** invoices. I have all the chat even they sent for me coruier waybill. The stuff on his way .and we find the waybill going china .the owner son in the branch of main reef road in Johannesburg full of lies and tricks .I did mange 2 other factory owner also have same problem with them .all sms we kept and soon iam gona publish it in news paper under my own cost to warning the people .they cant take me to court because of thier guilt .but I will take them .also going to file complaint in all government sectors to investigate the matter .all prove available for hello peter if they request it

If here was an option for ZERO star I would choose that I wanted foam for my lounge suite and I expected to get the correct advice. I informed them what I wanted and send photos and also a cutting list. First it took forever after I made payment. I was very clear for what it was as well the quantity - i send a courier to collect and was shocked when the foam arrived. 1. It was the most horrible quality. It was supposed to be bonded foam but the pieces were already falling off and I knew this was not going to last me a week 2. It was not cut accordingly to the cutting list. I said 5 pieces so I got 2 pieces and a large 3rd piece. None once was I informed - Every time we spoke I referred to 5 pieces 3. It was not bonded as I know how bonded foam is done and it was soft 4. When I send photos and complained I was told oh sorry mam I see and we will get back to you. I wanted the correct foam but they insisted on rather a refund. 5. They wanted me to return it and I said they can collect because I refuse to pay a courier again 6. I was given the run around every time a new contact. I told them I was so exited, I saved a long time and I was trusting that they know their products and should have advised me if something was not right instead of taking my money and just don't care 7. No I'm being ignored. its a month and still no response. and I'm sitting with foam which is worthless and money out of pocket 8. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM -

I placed an order on the 23rd of May 2025 at the Langlaagte branch and it has been an extreme exercise trying to track my order. The two working days processing put out on their site is a lie . The tracking option is also useless as there are no updates there . Their call center is always not available , spoke to some guy and promises to call back and never does....on whatsapp they blue tick you and at this point I want a refund. If you want to waste your time,airtime, data and money order there. Poor service

Ordered some foam sheet for the couch I am busy building. With spesific instruction for delivery on Friday the 7th March, as this is the time I will be at home. Guess what, Friday came, and passed still no delivery. I was told on Friday, I will be given feedback, but nothing. Monday, this morning I only got some feedback. Was told by the gentleman tht they did their part, it's all up to the couriers now for when my delivery will be made. By this time my blood is boiling of anger. 14:45 I was send a photo of a phone where he is busy with the couriers on the phone. The number goes back to Sky Net Couriers. At 16:27 I got a message the package left Freemo. Then I asked when will it be delivered. He can't give me an answer. Saying he will send me the waybill number, but that I waited for more than 1 hour. And now on top of every thing, he didn't change the delivery address like I told him, because I told him I will be at work, and not at home. The delivery is made out to my home address. Once again, it's my problem now to get the address change, or wait longer and change the date. I have really really just received pathetic service from Freemo. And according to one of the other guys, the guy helping me is one of the managers. He is really not a manager "bud". Really consider someone else, or get things sorted instore.
