Worst online shopping experience. I placed an order for a kettle and fridge. Received a message stating my order was received. Then I received an sms to make a payment. After payment was made, there was no stock. I was refunded into an instore account with an extra R1000. I reordered and now the website does not exist and the email address cannot be found
Since Lockdown my car battery has given problems. The battery eventually died. I phoned Discovery Insure and spoke to Nthabeleng Motlhokoana, who comforted me, talked me through the process and found me a service provider. He continued to call me to make sure I was ok and make sure I eventually got a new car battery. I was really impressed with his patience and concern. It felt like he had known me before. Thank you very much Ntbabeleng, you made the process a lot more comfortable.
I have been getting texts from Royalty Rewards and they tell me that on the 25th of a particular month my account will be debited by different amounts. First it was R95, which I blocked. They changed the debit amount to R98. I have never spoken to anyone from the said company. When one calls their phone number, no one picks up. Eventually I managed to get through to the support line and the agent kept me on hold for more than 5 minutes, after I told him the reason for the call
