Arolds appliances SCAM
Worst online shopping experience. I placed an order for a kettle and fridge. Received a message stating my order was received. Then I received an sms to make a payment. After payment was made, there was no stock. I was refunded into an instore account with an extra R1000. I reordered and now the website does not exist and the email address cannot be found

Advertised and paid for item not delivered.
I suspect this business is a hoax. They informed me that the air fryer I paid for was out of stock. They have refunded with store credits I can't use and continue to advertise the same item on their website. They do not answer their phone or reply to e mails.

Suspected fraud
I made payment for a coffee machine and received confirmation of the order a day later. No delivery after 1 week. Have tried to follow up via Email but Email and website with offer are no longer accessible. Suspect fraudulent website, so take care before purchasing here.

Scam
Place an order on the 14th. Made immediate payment. Received an email saying it is being processed. Since then can not reach them and their site has been offline. No good received even when delivery is supposed to be 3 days at the most.

Arolds.co.za - no client service
I don't even know if this place exists! I have ordered a airfryer oven from them on line, made payment and received one email that they received my order. When I click on status of my order, the website does nothing. I have sent email enquiring about the status but they don't even reply. I don't know how long does it take to process an order but their client service is non existing. They have no contact details or address.
