I was very disappointed with my experience. A friend bought me a R200 voucher which I used for a pedicure, scrub and foot massage. I was not welcomed, was sat down in the reception chair with a basin, and proceeded to have a foot scrub, cursory look at my nails , and a massage. The staff sat around the reception on their phones, and at no time was i made to feel welcome. at the end , she just stood up and took away the basin and didnt come back. no goodbye, thank you or even a smile. I left without a word..
I flew from Isle of man- Manchester- Dubai- Durban with Emirates, and my case ( with fragile stickers) arrived with 3 broken wheels( 2 actually ripped off). I had only used it once before. thank god it had a lining or my clothes would have stuck out. Surely someone should check that items arrive ok?
This was my desperate e mail to MTN - I have been trying to get this sorted since March 2018, and have not used their data, and have now been handed over, despite multiple e mails and six different ref numbers- ********** , ********** 4, ********** 8, ********** 6, ********** 7, but no one contacted me until i was handed over. they were always getting back to me.. the moral of the story is- dont accept deals from Telemarketers- they will say anything to get you to agree ! see below about my fifth e mail.. trying to speak to a human was impossible Now I have debt collectors calling me- first time anybody has ! and offering me a settlement figure. !!!! Good day I have been trying to contact you by phone but it keeps on saying my number reference does not exist. and I cannot get to an operator I want to cancel this contract. I was supposed to get extra 1 gig daytime and 1 gig night on promotion.as well as the 1 gig day and one night. I want to have at least 2 gig daytime. please advise how you will rectify this- otherwise I want to cancel my contract. see other correspondence below. please do not pass me on to someone else. I want this sorted out today. I am really not impressed with your service. I am a long time customer. you can contact me on my cell or this e mail. Please reply.
We recently had our 2 Cats transported by Petport from Durban to the Isle of man via London and Manchester. Our Agent, Christine ,went "above and beyond" to assist us and was truly amazing. Our cats arrived on time and with a minimum of fuss on the other end.I can recommend this company for international pet travel
