Jozanne from Prepaid24, came to the rescue on Family day (6 April 2026), especially in the evening!! Banking app is still a struggle, whereas Prepaid already solved the situation. There was a slight issue with timing, but Jozanne made sure to help resolve the issue on the same day.
I had no clue as to why I had trouble connecting to the internet, until the last resort (customer service) became an option. I've contacted three different employees of HOME-CONNECT, namely Sibongile, Tshepo and Tsholo. They given me the necessary details regarding the lack of response from the remote server, my own patience was also required. I would like to thank all three for their support. I apologise for the first person's name (if incorrect), it's been days of waiting for internet access.
