Willows Caffe in Willowbridge without a doubt the best coffee shop I have ever been to. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile. The food is absolutely amazing.
I purchased an SDD from tech.co.za and was not sure of the compatibility with my laptop. Calvin was in contact with me constantly to make sure that I was happy. I am super impressed with the customer service and will definitely order from them again.
Excellent service. Highly professional and friendly staff. #SupportLocal
Amazing food and service at Tiger's Milk in Century City
On the 27 of Jan I had a water pipe that burst in one of my bathrooms. An assessor finally showed up on the 31st of January to assess damage. Response from the insurance company was that the assessor alleged that I had no grout in my bathroom so they do not feel it is warranted to honor my claim. I disputed this then they sent out a second assessor on 10 February. After having to write a review on HelloPeter I finally got a call from Dial Direct 18 February to tell me that they will only cover me for just over 2k to replace part of the ceiling that was opened to fix the damaged pipe. I am not sure how they imagine that it will cost that amount to replace the entire ceiling as it's Isoboard which comes in long panels, in addition I had sound proofing and insulation in the roof. The upstairs tiling has come loose and according to Dial Direct, the assessor stated that it's wear and tear - this bathroom was renovated in 2018 not sure what wear and tear there could possibly be. Kindly also note that I have not claimed for damage to any of my household contents my only interest is in the integrity of the structure of my home. The upper floors are wood and I fear that the structure has been compromised. This is my first claim under my building policy and I find it beyond appalling. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman.
On 27 Jan 2020 at 2am in the morning I had a water pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom resulting in flooding on upper and lower floor. I was told by underwriter on 27th that they did not have any plumbers to assist till the Monday morning and to find my own plumber - this was after I had to call them 4 times. 6 days later the 1st assessor came to my house and claimed that I did not have any grout in my bathroom and therefore he did not feel that my claim should be honored. The underwriter then called to depart this news - Mam unfortunately we are declining your claim as you do not have grout in your bathroom and we did fix your burst pipe and spent X amount on it. FYI I got and paid for the plumber not Dial Direct. I demanded a second assessment so the gentleman came out to my house 10th of February and confirmed that I do have grout and that he would compile his report and send it to the underwriters. To date I have yet to hear back from Dial Direct. I have been a client since before 2008 and never claimed for damages to my home. The manner in which I was spoken to and treated is appalling. None of my emails are acknowledged and I have to call numerous times just to be told that they are busy working on it.
Its been 7 months since I have complained about the shocking service. The owner called and promised my friend and I the same treatments but nothing has happened today. This is just bad business all round. Shocking treatment by staff and bad business model.
