VFS Web need urgent update and Cape Town Venue need urgent seats for waiting not only floors, before security control.
NO seating outside for waiting customers, they wait up to 5 hours, some old. Toilets dirty, globes in toilet dead, toilet half very dark . The VFS web stipulate you can walk-in from 8-12 am- the staff refuse they said if available, you must book. on the web only need bookings from 2-4pm. Please VFS fix this you are worldwide, your staff are overworked, do something.

KFC order system not effective.
Today 4 /3/23 , we were two who ordered two Nugget Platters. The staff member on orders could not speak English properly.We asked her to repeat we still could not understood what she said. We ordered Two Nugget Platters but only received one at collections,so one did not get food.Please KFC Laguna put a staff member at orders that can speak clear, and place the correct orders correct. We love KFC

Bad service ABSA Mokopane Thabo Mbeki Road Branch
We hereby would like to complain about the service of ABSA Mokopane,section consultant , Mr Motho. Mr van der Merwe sold a property to Mr Frans Maluleka. It shows a old bond still on the title deed of this property , that was not cancelled about 2010. Mr Motho said he could not got any account for this. The business where this bond was used as security, was closed already in 2014. There was no active bond any more .But it still showed on the title deed . Mrs Amanda Pieterse from that branch was contacted by us , on 27 August 2018 to help Mr Motho.She found the bond account immediately.Since that date Mr Motho struggle to release this non active bond. He send me last week after numerous phone calls, a form to sign ,so that he could get the title deed, and cancel this bond. This form was filled in wrongly. I phoned him. He corrected it . I signed immediately and send it back. Nobody give us backfeed on it. I phoned two managers , the Branch of Absa Mokopane and mr Mothos Manager Mombuso from ABSA Polokwane. This transaction is on hold because of the bad service,since today , the attorneys, Mr Maluleka and myself are waiting for them , nobody take responsibility for this transaction. They never come back to us, even after they promise to do so. Can you please help us .
