Worse experience ever!!! I have tried all other avenues by now and still no help or willingness to help from vodacom. I cancelled my contract last year. The guy that assisted me kept trying to retain me. I was unemployed at the time and couldn't afford it. Once I told him this, he said ok and told me to hold and dropped the call. I called back to see if my contract was cancelled, then the automated system asked to enter the number that I was querying I entered the number and it Said that Nothing can be found and the call dropped. I called back and spoke to a guy that said he is in prepaid department and can't help me even though I just wanted to see if my contract is cancelled. I asked to be transferred to the contract department he said ok and the line dropped. I then got an SMS to say that my cancelation request was received and will be processed. I then was at ease and did not worry. At the end of that month and the next couple months later everything was good. Last month I was reviewing my credit score and it says that I was owing vodacom about R90 something from January 2022. How is this possible when I cancelled my contract last year. I spoke to a lady on the phone who gave me the banking details and the amounts. I went to the shop vodacom kempton gate to make the payment and after explaining my story to them, the lady asked a guy that walked out from the back if they offline, he said yes. Then they told me to come in an hour. I went back in an hour and spoke to the guy from earlier who was busy with another customer. He told me to make the payment at the self service screen. I got there and it couldn't pick up my details. I went back to him, waited for him to finish with his customer. Then he tells me that another lady will help me and then she and him get in to a debate in another language about helping helping me. She tells him she got no log ins and he keeps telling her to assist me. Then after she kept saying that she got no log ins, he then looked at me and said they offline, not sure if they really offline or he did not want to help, yet other customers were being served. I then came home and the lady from vodacom called me back and asked if payment was made, I told her the story and asked for if I could pay online and she said ok and emailed me banking details. I tried making payment online and it kept saying incorrect reference. I then emailed vodacom again, another lady called me twice both time I answered but could not talk as I was at work, I asked to be called back, she asked if she can email me everything. She emails me everything and I get the payment done. I call back and speak to another lady and she gives me and email address to email the proof of payment to I do that and get no response not even an automated response. I then emailed the proof of payment to vodacome customer care, get an automated email to say that I will be contacted in 24 hours with feedback and a few days later, still no calls or no feedback. Today morning I open my credit report and see that now I am owing vodacom over 400 and it shows that it's missed payments from January 2022. How is this even possible when my contract was cancelled last year. If it had not been cancelled, then the missed payments will show for the end of last year, however, it shows as no data for that time period. I paid the 90 something cause I did not have time to deal with drama or find where it came from. I am now unable to live my life or do anything, as all my credit applications are being declined due to vodacom. Please have this resolved and tell me what is going on with this cancelled contract. As no one from vodacom wants to assist me. I am still waiting for a letter for to say that my account is paid up for over a week now. There is so much more that happened in this time period, that I do not have time to type out. Thank you.
Biggest rogues, placed an order, as soon as I did I realized I canceled the oder, I then get get an email stating that I will not be refunded, which is not right, why must I pay when I did not get anything?

Can you please tell me who the hell gave you permission to debit my account twice even after i reversed the funds the first time..... my name is mr KA Perumal.. pleae take my f# details of your debit list and refund me now for bank charges also naedo charges... I got f# all to do with you i never even visited your site. But yourl debit me twice and cause me to have to reverse money and bank charges if this is not sorted out tomorrow i will definitely take this to ombudsman. I work for an insurance company and getting in touch with an ombudsman is a finger tip away. So i ask you nicely please compensate me for bank charges aswell as collection attempts and naedo charges. I want an answer tomorrow between 12 and 1. If not monday morning i will be intouch with an ombusman and we will take it from there. Good night.
I recently tried to apply for an online loan on getbucks. In the process they required me to enter my banking details as the money would be paid there so anyway I did I clearly selected no to marketing anyway my loan wasnt approved so I accepted it the next few days my phone was being blown up by other call centers emailing me and trying to call me regarding a loan I ignored all so today when I get paid theres an unlimited authorized debit that goes off. I query it with my bank. They advise me that it was done by loans unlimited I had no dealings with loans unlimited why must they debit me? They debited almost 500. As per my bank it was cause I requested a quote from them. Why would I? as this is the first time I'm hearing of this company... I advise everyone not to use getbucks as to avoid your information from being shared and money fraudulently taken from your account as they share your information without your consent.
We purchased a bed from sleepmasters chatsworth but the quality of the bed was so pathetic we returned it and took another bed cause we had an account with them after paying the account in full these crooks still debit us continuously after they sent us a bill which says paid in full but I'm still being harassed by these crooks that debit my account and I'm left with the bank charges at the end of the day and they take so long to refund the payment still waiting for them to refund after a month Pathetic service
