This is the first time that I have ordered from the Mattress Warehouse and I am so disappointed in their service. I ordered a sleeper couch from them on the 13/01/2026 and today is 20/02/2026. Granted that I was aware that the couch would take some few weeks to complete . However I received a call on 03/02/2026 with the agent from The Mattress Warehouse telling me that my couch would be delivered sometime that week. Was the couch delivered ? No ! I tried to follow up on WhatsApp and the agent was not able to give me feedback so I call the same agent that told me the couch would be delivered that week and the explanation was that she never said I would get the couch that week but anytime from then. I’m so tired of waiting for this couch , it’s been close to a month of me waiting and I’m starting to think I’m not going to get it . Worse that your WhatsApp agents cannot even give feedback or updates on our orders .
Mweb has the worst customer service, your agents do not pick up the phone when you call and your live agents don’t respond on chat. I’ve been waiting for an hour just connect to an agent. I work from home and I cannot be without connection. I will be looking for an alternative WiFi . There’s no way I can use the services of a company that is unavailable to assist their consumers when their connection is down
I need assistance with an issue involving EasyEquities I made a duplicate purchase as the Capitec App prompts you to provide the pin twice , next thing you know you’ve made a second payment. I have no problem with that but now that second amount is not even reflecting as a share I have purchased but at the same time it’s not reversed . Where is it ? I have reached out your WhatsApp number and I was told to reach out to Easyequites, I got no response from [email protected] . And I reached out to [email protected] and I am just getting automated responses
I placed an order at 16:30 and it’s currently 19:09 and I have not received my order. My order has been stuck at “wrapping up your order “. I reached out to your WhatsApp customer service and I was told that the order could not be cancelled so basically my order will arrive tomorrow? !? This is so ridiculous. I WILL be deleting your app. I might as well drive to the grocery store myself if your service is not convenient.
I had to buy data just to leave this review as Ikeja is down. The network is unstable, it connects when it wants to and disconnects again, I regret upgrading to wave, it’s just been a month and it’s terrible. Don’t get me started on the damage to my wall when technicians were connecting it. This is the last month I’ll be using this network. Please don’t call me to resolve it, Im leaving this review for people not to bother themselves with this service.
I haven’t had WiFi coverage since yesterday. I’ve been waiting for assistance on WhatsApp since 8:14 AM. I work from home and I use this WiFi so you can imagine how frustrating this is.
I used Pargo click and collect for the first time and I’m already having a terrible experience . I received an email and sms with a code stating that my parcel has arrived at the collection point and when I get there the parcel was not dropped off. I keep getting notifications to pick up my parcel and yet when I call the collection point it is not there yet again. To make matters worse. I contacted them about the matter and they said they would escalate but I have not heard from them since . I was also emailed the company I ordered from and the company reached out to Pargo and she told me that a person named Khuthala from Pargo would contact me, He/She never contacted me.
I’ve been reaching out to Discovery social media pages since last week to get assistance and no one is responding back to my DMs . All I want is to be removed from their database so I don’t get their spam calls . I reached out on Twitter 5 days ago and got no answer and then proceeded to Dm them on Instagram on Friday last week and not a single response. Why are your DMs open if you are not willing to assist
Everytime there is a storm , I end up having no Wi-Fi connection. And getting in touch with the IKeja team on WhatsApp is such a hassle, Ntombi took forever to respond only to come back and tell me to plug and unplug the Wi-Fi as if I not been doing that . I called in and spoke to Mbali asked for the maintenance team because something is wrong with the Wi-Fi and I was told they cannot schedule me for maintenance without proof that anything is damaged . I’m tired of this network . On top of that, I know it will take 100 days for the maintenance team to attend to me. I’m over this network . I’d like their their devices removed from my premises .
Life day spa branches always have the worst booking experiences. You have to go through great lengths to ensure that you’re booked. Last week I made a booking request online at the Life Day Spa in Waterfall and the website states that a member of the team would get into contact to confirm the booking. I was never contacted and when I sent an email , the response was to make a new booking ! So if I didn’t send a follow up email , I would not know my booking was not received ?
